Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Love Chic-fil-a and frequent the one in Jacksonville very often since the day they opened thus I am taking the time to write this note now. The last four times I have visited at least one item has either been wrong or omitted completely, I did not say a word and honestly did not know until arriving at work to open the bag to find the issues. I just went there this morning and took extra time when placing my order to be very clear and specific and have them repeat my order and then drove around, I was the ONLY person in the drive (very unusual) so when the lady brought the bag out I took the time to check it and to my surprise I was missing one order of hash browns. I had to ask a couple times for someone to come assist me and finally a lady does and was very defensive and wanted to see the receipt which I gave her, she promptly said "well it is not on the receipt" and walked away, I said to her as she walked away "I am happy to pay for it, I just want what I ordered, the lady repeated my order and listed it so do not get mad at me for asking for it"... she said nothing and there I set and finally she comes back and hands me a bag with hash browns it, still with all the attitude in the world! I asked her, why are you mad at me, the customer for asking for the proper order and she just stormed away! Seems this location of this restaurant has no desire to have satisfied customers or...

The absolute worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. At minimum 4 trips I've had issues with them. The managers have refused to make it right at least 2 times, basically calling me a liar. The last trip I went and ordered a #1 with grilled chicken. 2 people argued saying that I have to get#5. Lo and behold they sent the wrong sandwich out 2 different times. So the 3rd time I'm at the counter I explain again I want the#1 with grilled chicken. We can't do that. We have to put #5 add wheat bread, minus cheese add pickles. I said or you could say#1 with grilled chicken... The experience with my hometown chic has made it where I went from eating 2x week chic to I will almost not eat there anymore. I've never seen such incompetence at a Chick-fil-A, or such rude managers. I've had trouble with dine in and carryout. Got all the way home the sandwich is wrong and the sauces are wrong and they didn't do my drink the way I wanted. Because I didn't turn around and drive back or call it in there's nothing they can do for me even with receipt. Even with having a day old sandwich that I brought back proving I didn't eat it. Steer clear of this...

Me and my son were waiting for our order when an worker was making extra tea that my son requested to have as a drink, so they brought out our food and still waiting on our tea, so I went to the counter to ask for ketchup and the famous sauce and while I was first in line an older worker by the name of Todd H pushed me aside and took the next person in line order. He didn’t even try to ask if he could help me or if I need anything. He clearly saw me standing there. And the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. How rude. So I just stepped aside and had to wait about 5 min before another worker could ask me if I needed anything. Just don’t make it where I and many others stop coming to Jacksonville...
