Subway — Restaurant in Jacksonville

To start with we had to repeat our order several times, we ordered a foot long cold cut trio, white bread, pepper jack cheese with lettuse, banana pepers, tomatoes, pickles, black olives with, salt and pepper and parmesean vinegaret dressing. With one bag of bar be que chips, one bag of salt and vinegar chips one large coke. The sandwich only had lettuse, 2 pieces of green peppers and one pickle the other half had 2 pickles, 3 pieces of green pepper and a handful of jalapeños. No salt, pepper or dressing. 1 salad with Buffalo chicken and ranch dressing, which they ask if we wanted lettuce in it??? It only had 3 pieces of chicken on it which was not Buffalo it was plain, not even any Buffalo sauce! Then proceeded to tell us we don't have tomatoes, we are out of bar b que chips we are out of coke what else do you want. We paid for it, then they had customers come in the front door and they stopped our order and waited on them and fixed their sandwiches before ours after waiting all that time. However I just clearly stated my order and then had to COMPLETELY state it again and then got to the window to repeat it AGAIN and then get to repeat it one more time before she hands me my food, now 20 mins later I have to wrong food. I thought I would just go through drive thru and order a sandwich. They have a new machine that you have to poke in your order.
