Burger King — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Last time we ate here was maybe 5 or 6 years ago. it was a horrible experience/food and we decided not to go back there again. And this year, we saw the advertising on tv about the $6 box. We thought, well maybe they change since last time we went. Boy, were we wrong. It just has gotten worst. The chicken sandwich I ordered, definitely wasn’t chicken. It somehow looked like fried steak, overly cooked and when I took a bite, it was just too mushy inside. And didn’t taste good at all. It was incredibly disappointing. And while we were inside waiting for our food, we were filling up our drinks, all of the soda options tasted either flat or water. One of them showed black specks floating around in the cup. And even my 8 years old son said ‘this French fries tastes weird.’ So this is the second chance and definitely the last chance we will give...

I place my orders through mobile pickup and they know me as I enter the door. I have almost zero holdup. I have had a few times where I had to wait because of rushes but this happens in the food industry. my food is always right and hot and fresh which is commendable. you see complaints marked about orders being wrong and this and that but you just need to move with technology. speakers are fallible as people. at least with the app, you can get it right once and done. the staff are always pleasant and fun to talk with as we are waiting for fries or something. this store deserves major kudos for their service. this isn't something a lot of businesses have maintained in this whole...

Usually a very good burgerking. Orders almost always correct, wait times slow. I won't bother to review burger king food here, but this one often has some of the better of its burgerkingly ilk. Notably improved recently. The interior which we went in was pristine clean and in excellent condition, and the food was served hot and in great condition, though they so shout out orders instead of bring them to you.
