I've eaten at the Loop 100+ times over the years (*not just this location, yet this is my local Loop). My family loves the crushed ice, awesome milkshakes, pizza, etc. 5/5 overall, yet I will share: the last time I had the salmon sandwich, it was really salty. It was quite tasty prior, yet I haven't chosen the salmon sandwich in over 2 years, because it just wasn't yummy, over salty last time I chose it. Also, I love their burgers! They make amazing burgers, yet I do find that if you are attached to your temperature choice, it's about a 50/50 chance you'll get the temperature you order. I order medium, and half the time it isn't medium (might be medium rare, medium well, well done, or rare). I like the cheese choices for the burger, as I like to alternate the cheeses, and the wheat bun is my go-to bread choice. Also, the burgers come with a lot of red onions, I like onions, yet it's a generous raw onion portion, fyi. They are quality, tasty burgers, (*what I most often order is the cheese burger), yet the meat temp and onions may be issues for some. They have great salads, flavor and portion. I love the onion rings, the 'big ole' steak fries'; and the warm bleu cheese chips are a favorite with my family! They make wonderful pizzas also, the 'meat market' is a family favorite, yet my current favorite is the fennel sausage and goat cheese. Usually a solid spot with great burgers and delicious pizzas. We have been coming here pretty often for about a year now. Today we ordered the Meat pizza, gumbo, tomato bisque and cheeseburger . Everything was moderately good. Except for the pizza. It tasted like soap. I went and talk to the manager and told him the pizza tasted like soap. He kept saying that there was nothing wrong with the pizza. So I insisted that it wasn't just me but also my husband who as soon as he ingested it , immediately felt a soap taste. ( I felt as if he didn't believe me) So I said well here's half of the pizza Unfortunately my kid already ate some of it but we don't want the rest of it. He apologized at that moment and offered to make us another pizza . We waited and 10 minutes later another meat pizza came back out to us. Still tasting like soap!!! So Unfortunately this may be my last visit at The Loop Pizza Grill. I give them a 2 and not a 1 because the staff has always been courteous. And all the other locations have been trouble free . However two pizzas tasting like dish soap are too much to forgive . The management could have done something better than just to throw the same pizza dough on the oven and risk dish soap poisoning or indigestion. I felt like my complaint was not believed and therefore , the manager did not bother investigate if something could have potentially been wrong...

This is for Stephanie, i’m so upset with my experience I would rate this zero stars if I could. I went into the loop on a Friday afternoon it wasn’t busy at all, The lady Who initially took my order was very friendly and helpful but as I was waiting, mind you I only ordered three chicken tenders and fries I watched as my food waited in the window as the lady who had the first helped me out was in the back grabbing some thing else for the time being, A woman who told me her name was STEPHANIE came up to the front with the rudest attitude I’ve ever seen, I had waited patiently for my now cold food and when I asked her if she could grab my order she threw it up on the counter on the other side so I had to walk all the way around to go grab it and I told her she could’ve just handed it to me and she made a very snarky comment that absolutely ruined my experience. this was my very first time coming in here and I will absolutely not be coming back. no need to have a rude attitude when you are not even...
