#1 3 weeks ago, I went to wendy's and ordered a #13, spicy asiago ranch chicken sandwich meal. Sandwich was not spicey. My fries were cold and soggy. And the drink machine was missing majority of it's options. Also there were no more straws or lids.
#2 about 2 weeks ago, I went through the drive thru around 1AM. Terrible TERRIBLE service in the drive through. The employee acted as if me ordering my food at that time was a problem. Fries also cold and soggy.
#3 By far the worst experience. 14 May 2019 around 8:30 PM, I went through the drive thru with 2 separate orders. I ordered a #13 spicy medium. My friend ordered 2 biggie bags, a #9 and an extra 6 piece nugget. They gave me a small drink when I ordered a medium. Never received a receipt. And received the wrong order for BOTH orders. They handed us four 4 for 4's. We went inside, the manager took the food from us and gave it to the car that was behind us in the drive thru. I worked fast food before and I know that isn't allowed. Another manager, Female, didn't allow the cashier to help us. She told the cashier "They're drive thru, don't worry about them". We stood there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. It took the cook to walk away from the grill to help fulfill our orders. And he did it with a smile on his face and kindness in his voice. The managers were no help at all and the cashier onthe drive thru needs better customer service skills. We did not receive any kind of apology either. This Wendy's never gave me a problem until now
#4 Ordered #13 and got a $5 biggie bag. When are they going to get it together??

I finally got to the speaker to order, can barely hear the person talking. All I hear is people laughing and screaming in the background. I order, wait another 5 or so minutes while the person working and the car in front of me are chatting, laughing, and passing phones back and forth. I get to the window and pay. The person hands me a bag, I'm checking the bag for ranch as she's trying to hand me a lemonade, there are items I didn't order. I tell the person it's not my order, her response is "Yes it is!" Ummmm? I'm pretty sure I know what I ordered and that bag wasn't it! I checked my receipt and I tell her again that it wasn't mine and pass it back to her. She snatches it out of my hand so hard the bag rips. At this point, I'm concerned about what they may do to my food before it makes it out to me so I asked them to just give me a refund. It took another 5+ minutes for them to figure out how to refund my card. I try to be very understanding, especially right now with covid and places being short staffed but there were plenty of emplyees standing around talking and playing on their phones. I shouldn't have had these problems, especially if I'm paying $16 for one small combo meal and one chicken sandwich. And of course, the frosty machine was down!    Read moreI will never spend another dollar at this location again. The customer service suck and the workers attitude is horrible. I had two bad experience. The first incident. I had a two orders. They made us pulled to the side and made us wait 30 mins for them to bring us the wrong order. we tell the lady this is not our order. She told us we had to go through the drive thru! So we go through the drive thru and tell the lady at the speaker our order was wrong and was told to go back thru the drive thru to get our order fix. The lady at the speaker tells us âIâm on break you have to go in the lobby.â I demand that i wasnât going in the lobby because we were told to come through the drive to for our order to get fix. The lady at the window gave us our food with an attitude. Today i tried to give them a second chance. We pull up to the speaker and tell the lady we have two order. The lady replied âwe donât do two orders.â I replied since when. Me and my sister always come here and do two ordersâ she stated âIâm the manager and since i been working here we never donât order.â Which is a lie. So the bigger lady who look like she eat damn near her whole shift was giving us ugly looks like she mad she flip burgers for a living. So i asked if she had a problem. She got mad and stuck her middle finger at me. đđđ very ghetto and unprofessional. I would starve before a spend another dollars with this place.
