I had the worst experience ever here. I am a regular customer but I will not come back here after this. I was in the drive thru and I ordered a burger And a drink, I drove up to the window and and had my card ready for the girl at the window Jerri or Terri, whatever this girl’s name is and I honestly don’t care. Anyways she did not say one word to me when I drove up. Most people that know how to do their job in drive thru are polite and actually are supposed to give you a total for your food. But this girl, didn’t. She just looked at me and took my card, she swiped it, gave it back to me. I took my card back and I continued to go on my way and pulled up to the next window. I don’t know what her problem was but she starts raising her voice at me and then she claimed that I snatched my card away from her. Which was not true at all I was just trying to take my card and go on my way. She had the worst attitude with me and she was completely disrespectful. And even if I was rude enough to do so as a customer, I don’t deserve to be talked to like that. I was so furiated at this girl I drove up to the next window and I sat there for 5 mins I was ready to talk to the manager at this point and then this girl walks around from the first window to the second window and tells me how disrespectful I was to her. 4 or 5 employees are surrounding me at the window at this point telling me that I was in the wrong. I got so fed up with them I drove in to the parking lot and demanded to speak to a manager because all I wanted was my damn food, I don’t want to be yelled at by some uneducated ghetto black people. When I spoke to the manager she was nice but she said I was rude to everyone. But they were all provoking me. In general Nobody should be aloud to tell a customer that they are in the wrong, no matter how wrong they are. If it were up to me this girl would lose her job in a heartbeat and or I’d pay for that girl to get some proper training on how to do her job right same thing goes for all the people that work there. I do take my brother here from time to time and some of the people here are very professional and nice and I talk to them. I treat people based on how they treat me and that’s why I got so angry at this girl because she set off some bad vibes to me. I did call corporate on this girl, I really hope that they do not accept this kind of behavior and they do...

I ordered online 10/26/2024 at 12:25AM and pulled up 5 mins later and all of the lights were off making it look like the place was closed and to find EVERY SINGLE employee out back smoking. Keep reading…it gets better…
They didn’t know they had an online order so I still had to wait for it as if I was pulling through the normal drive thru and ordering.
When I pulled up, one girl with an attitude came on the speaker and just asked “what do you want? As if I annoyed her by pulling up.
I told her that I had a mobile order and she just said, “2nd window”…
For reference, I ordered a Dave’s double with cheesy fries and a chocolate frosty…
Once I got my food 5 mins later, I checked the bag before I left the window, the burger was cold as if it was sitting out and was room temp, the fries were hard and cold and the cheese wasn’t melted…it was just cold sprinkled shredded cheese on top. I turned to see if someone could help me warm my food up or something and everyone had already left the window and I couldn’t see anyone else around so I left and had to cook them when I got to my destination and of course the fries tasted gross so I didn’t eat them.
Now, I have eaten at this Wendy’s before and had similar experiences with the same crew in the past and stopped eating there for about 6 months hoping there would be some change but nothing has changed and it’s apparent that the closing shift just don’t care and have bad attitudes and/or are lazy. 100% unacceptable!
I’ll never go there again after tonight. This Wendy’s needs to close at 8PM because from 8PM until 1AM, the crew does NOTHING and are wasting and stealing time from the company.

Read moreWorst experience ever. Was in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes. When we ordered we asked for a Baconator, Baconator Fries, a Sprite, and a cheese baked potato. We were told they were out of potatoes. We have been here 8 times, neither one of those times they had potatoes. Then we got to the counter. They give us the food we "ordered". They gave us the regular fries, not the ones we asked for. We asked for the fries we ordered. She rudely opened her window and said. "You ordered a combo, you are getting what you paid for" she then slammed the window shut. The rude woman came back and my mom tried talking to her. She then proceeded to yell at my mom and refused to give us the fries we ordered. She said you can't order Baconator fries. It got to the point where I tried to intervene and stand up to this freak. I was trying to tell her I have ordered a Baconator, drink, and Baconator fries at two other locations in the past. Right when I opened my mouth I was yelled at for being disrespectful. If anyone is being disrespectful here it would be the freak yelling at customers. We got a corporate number when we finally left. We called the number and it went straight to a voice machine. I would like action to be taken on this woman as she does not deserve her job. It was whoever was taking orders at the drive-thru at 8:25PM Sunday, October 8th, 2017.
