Poke Cafe — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Thefirst time we ate there, the food portions are very small and not fresh at all. The second time we go there my wife ordered the boba tea. The boba tea was not even cold(forgot the ice I guess), the boba itself was hard and it came very sweet. When we complained, the lady said she can drain out tea and replace it with a different one and she can fix the sweetness. We then said we want a new boba tea but she said she would not do that beacause the boba pearls are expensive and she would be wasting it. We then said we will just switch our order and instead of a drink we will switch with a food order and add extra money if we need too and long behold she said no again because she said the boba pearls take too long to cook and that they will loose money. I asked then if she would refund me the money and she said no. So many times that me and my wife have been buying boba tea forever and I've never heard someone saying that they can't replace the whole drink and they would just drain it out because the boba pearls is expensive. No refunds either...I guess courtesy for them does not apply. Coming from an Asian back round ,we do know how took cook boba and how long it takes but to rudely tell a customer no should not be an option on a customer service based business. At this point we just told them to keep the money that we paid for. I would not recommend this restaurant, not only the food portions are very small but also the staffs are very rude. Don't waste...

Incredible communication, problem solving, and ownership of an issue when my Uber Eats driver didn't have my salads. The restaurant called me to inform me of the missing items and inability in contacting the delivery driver. They also followed up with a phone call after reaching the driver.

I was sad the salads were missing. I'm recovering from an illness and was looking forward to the reintroduction of food. I knew the clear broth and ginger dressing would be the perfect healing foods!

I was especially was looking forward to the ginger dressing to help my GI tract, neausea, inflammation, indigestion and infection. I'm greatful my extra ginger dressing made it into my delivery bag despite no salad. I was able to have some of the dressing on it's own, still getting some health benifits I was wanting from the ginger.

I would definitely go here and/or order again. Everything was very fresh, including the sliced avocado, lettuce and cucumber I had with my make your own poke bowl. I was extremely impressed with the care in preparation and visible attention to details. Great care was taken in reading and following special instructions!

I was recommended by my friend to try this cafe. I was impressed by how clean, neat and organized it was when I first walked into the cafe. The 1-2-3 step menus (such a good and neat handwriting!!!) give clear instruction as how to order the foods and make the ordering process much easier and make the customized foods more unique to satisfy your cravings!!! What impresses me more is the food itself. I ordered a bowl of Hawaiian classic and a taro milk tea with boba, can’t believe how yummy they are!! Salmon and tuna are very fresh, and so as all the other ingredients come with them to make it an perfect combination for my lunch!! The prices are very reasonable with the portion and variety of ingredients they serve. The bubble tea is a must have to quench your thirst, not too sweet or too light, and of course, you can always customize it to meet ur diet needs. The lady taking the order and serving the foods is very friendly and attentive to your request with big smiles. Overall, it is a lovely place for friends and family to hang out at, and I will defiantly come back to it again to try more of...
