Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Janesville

Brand new restaurant and they need to learn a few things..... when closed shut your lights of for driver thru canopy, and same thing goes for the menu boards, make sure the automated speaker is off so when you pull in because it looks like you are open it doesn't auto ask if you will be using the mobile app! We were like 3rd in line so definitely not the only ones thinking you were open. And why weren't you open not only is the main drag just getting going at 1030 pm on a Saturday night, BUT also it is fair week and all the parents and kids just leaving the fair with long rides home are making late night food stops......

Very poor customer service. If the app malfunctions, the store will not help you. They will not make your order unless "it's on their computer", even if you show them the order on the app and the email. This had happened a couple of times. Be careful when using the app to order for pickup. They will not work with you at the store. Go to the store in Milton, WI, you'll get better customer service, and everything seems...

Being a Grandmother , I took my two grandsons out to the new Dairy Queen for the first time for lunch. We ordered two kids meals which include a kids cone. After eating, I went to get the cones and was denied because I did not have a stripe on my bag. I ate in the restaurant and it was never attached to either bag. Very unhappy with...
