Print manager is awful. Went in to have prints made of simple attachments that had been sent to office max service desk. Employee who claimed to be in charge of store, first told me I need to submit my emails through online portal, also was told it would take 24 hours to make my simple copies. I let the employee know my preferred print option is to email copies in due to being with my kids and the ease of use. He then told me if his online que continues to grow he would refuse to do my order unless I submitted online. I then asked for confirmation that my prints would be done within 24/48 hours at witch time he told me it may take over a week to do the twenty minutes of work. At this time I asked for managements number because of my disappointment in his service. He told me he was now refusing my order. He told me he has had two raises due to his service, and that the only other mangier is on vacation and I could not have contact information. I have printed at this location for over fives years. Very disappointed in this lack of business professionalism. How can someone count on this location when the employee could not simply give me a date the prints would be done? Hoping this can be cleared up, when I asked for procedure information as to timelines he refuses to give me any other then his word and that my order would wait while...

Have been using the printing shop for several year now to scan large blueprints and never had an issue. Took some plans there on May 14, 2025 and was told by the Print Manager no problem might take a couple of days. Was okay with that, then on Tuesday, May 20th I called to see if the job was done. First he didn't have paper to make the copies. I didn't want copies I wanted them scanned and put on a flash drive. Then was told he couldn't do that because the paper was too curled up so then needed to be flattened. I agreed but apparently that didn't work either. Could not complete the job. When I went to pick up the plans and flash drive was all in a bag. I made sure the flash drive was included. When I got back to office I opened up plans and was searching for the page that print manager said ripped. Well I guess he just threw it away. Why did he throw it away? It was not his to just throw away. Very disappointed with this print shop. Would not recommend...

I was just in the store in Janesville and wanting to use the copy print service center. When I approached the counter there was no one being helped. The lady behind the counter asked what I needed and I said 15 copies off this flash drive, her response was I can't do that now can you use the self service center. There was not one machine behind the counter running a print job and there was no one else in front of me. I frustrated went and used the self service machine. About 1 minute later another person approached the counter and she to was sent to self service machine, but she did not go to it alone... the same lady that didn't have time to help me stood right at the self service machine and helped her. This is not the first time I have come into this location to have something printed and received poor service. If she had time to help her she had time to print...
