They offered little to no help and expected me (the customer) to do all the footwork just to get my money back. I was told to email their customer support to get the issue resolved. Bank statement screenshots, pics of the receipt etc. Told me to wait 3 days to get a response. Meanwhile my account was overdrafted leaving me with no money for anything. Their customer support FINALLY responded telling me to resend the pics and screenshots even though I already did. It's been an additional 2 days and they still haven't even responded. I get it's seasonal, but everytime I am there, there is never anyone available to help, because they all stand behind the counter gossiping with each other. Not sure what the hourly rate is, but it must not be enough to motivate the staff to actually work. This is true every year I return to shop.
