Super duper disappointed in the service. They were 1000% swamped. Tensions run high in the fast food industry when the optempo is so high. I get that. However, my order was completely wrong, which yet again totally get except I couldn't eat what they gave me. Instead of spending 45 minutes in the drive thru lane again. I went into the lobby along with another patron. Mind you with masks communication gets depleted. They had a gentleman (who I later found out was the GM) sitting in the back corner and the woman working the drive thru both giving us commands simultaneously and we both were perplexed. The woman then stated I would have to go back through the drive thru and place the order all over again. The gentleman went to the doors without acknowledging me nor stopping to make eye contact began locking the doors. I said excuse me, Sir. He sharply replies, I know I'll make your tacos. He didn't let me fully specify what my order was even. Then he began quite literally throwing the taco fixings into the shells in front of me and still yet has not made eye contact with me. I try to specify and he says "soft supremes". Then has another individual give me the order and escort me out. I didnt get the extra items I had ordered and I asked if they were going to throw it out due to COVID and the woman said, yeah we will get rid of it. At this point I was tired of being treated like "a karen". I try my best to be patient and understanding but I hate outright disrespect. Its not cheap and I'm hungry. I just couldn't believe how rude they were, it has me quite...
Read moreFigured I'd add this since every review mentioning multiple taco bell's mention 2. There is 3 of them in Janesville and this is the worst of them. There is one that is close by on the interstate and it is significantly better then this one but there is one on the west side of town that is probably about 10 minute drive from this location that is the best of the 3. I'd recommend the one by the interstate as its about 4 minute drive (when there is no construction) and isn't much of a downgrade from the one on the west side of town. Had to edit this review. Was 3 stars as far as taco bells go but now it is 1. Was figuring out what to get and told the person on the com that it be just a moment. Less then 10 seconds they asked if I need help told them no I'm fine it'll be a moment. About 5 seconds later they asked if I'm ready to order and I reasserted no I'm thinking it'll just be a moment and immediately someone else if I needed help with anything. After about a minute of being there I was asked 8 times. It was also not peak hours and we were the only one in line. I drove off to a different taco bell in town and will not go back there. It isn't much of a loss for me to not go to this taco bell though as they have on multiple occasions messed up my food or failed on an epic scale of...
Read moreI usually love coming to this Taco Bell. However, I’ve had some major issues the last few times. The first time was when they gave me cinnamon twists instead of nachos in one of the boxes and refused to remake the order or switch them out. The person I was getting this particular box for is SEVERELY allergic to cinnamon but that didn’t matter apparently. Even AFTER I told them about it!! Then the second time, they screwed up my ENTIRE order and I even showed them my receipt with what I ordered and no one did anything about it. I’m almost convinced that they gave me someone else’s order and they got mine. Not cool. And of course, there were cinnamon twists! And now today I went, and guess who has food poisoning!? I hate being the person to leave a bad review but they really need to get it together. I’m in a whirlwind of pain and stomach aches and all other things associated with food poisoning (use your imagination) and I would highly recommend that...
