Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Janesville

I ordered delivery through Eat Street today. After the food was delivered the order was short 3 sandwiches. I called Jersey Mikes about the missing food the employee stated that he can have the sandwiches made for pick up. I said that kind of defeats the idea of delivery. The employee’s response was,” dude, it’s the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, there isn’t much else I can do for you.” Told him just to give a refund and that’s it. He calls me back saying that they can’t do it because the order was placed through Eat street. He blamed the mix up on the Eat Street driver. At this point I was fuming. The driver picked up the correct order. The receipt that was delivered with it showed my order. Jersey Mikes screwed up the order and placed the blame on the delivery service. After driving to get the food putting me out the delivery fee, I asked for the manager. I explained the situation and come to find out it was the manager I spoke with. It’s pretty upsetting the experience provided. Even more so to have the MANAGER say” dude, there’s nothing further I can do.” The employees behavior was completely unprofessional and knowing it’s the manager...

Food was decent if the employees care enough to make sure it's quality food. I've had non rip tomatoes & wilted lettuce before. I basically got the same sandwich every time. My last visit I overheard employees giggling about a former employees paper work that they had to fill out. The manager at that time simply said she didn't have time for it & it'd wait til she felt like doing it. They are very terribly unprofessional, my sister worked there hence why I ate there a handful of times. They forced my sister out by lowering hours even when she opened her availability to add more hours. After she left they refused to give her, her W2 to file for her taxes. I emailed their higher ups which resolved the situation after over a month of asking them politely for her W2. Haven't eaten there since, disgusting people who work there, highly childish. Wouldn't recommend.

Went to my go to place today. As always they make the freshest and mouth watering subs here. Freshly cut meats and veggies. I had the Chipotle Cheese Steak. Watching the steak, onions and peppers being grilled fresh right in front of me helped prepare my taste buds for a phenomenal tasting experience. The first bite into this sub was amazing and delicious. I was immediately shocked on just how crazy I have been for not coming in more often and ordering this sub. I couldn’t make it out of the parking lot before eating half of this giant sub. The Chipotle sauce complimented the Steak. I Was recommended the Chipotle cheese steak and was not disappointed in this sub.
