QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Janesville

I've been coming to this Qdoba since they opened. It was great until probably about a year ago. Now it is an absolute waste of money. We wanted to order one day, and they had absolutely no chips. Another time, I ordered the surf and turf burrito on their app, and when the delivery driver got there, I received a text saying that they didn't have shrimp. I asked for extra steak to compensate since the surf and turf was more than the steak by itself. The store didn't do anything to substitute for it. There was no extra steak or anything. In fact, they didn't put everything that I ordered in the burrito anyways. The final nail in the coffin was tonight. We ordered two orders of chips and queso and some chips and salsa. We received one normal bag of chips and another bag with maybe 10 chips in it. Again, the burrito ordered didn't have everything that was asked for and was split right down the middle making it much more difficult to eat. But the worst part was the rice. It was completely undercooked and crunchy. It absolutely ruined the meal. I will not be returning to this location, and I highly recommend that you choose somewhere else to...

Went here today and I felt I had to share how horrible my trip was, first got there and we were the only ones in line, the lady asked us to wait we did, finally 5 minutes later she starts our order, they didnt have our stuff had to make it which was fine, then half way threw stopped wait switched ppl then finally finished, then I had to wait for them to ring us up this guy comes up I had said to him sir I have been waiting awhile and my food is getting cold and my cheese wasnt even melted, he then began to yell at me how the cheese was in fact melted and he guessed he could heat it up but I had to understand they were short staffed and went on, finally he couldnt get our coupon to work so he once again had to get someone and then began to be rude to him, the other guy then tried to help us and ended up waiting again cus the receipt machine didnt work, when the guy told me I could go I said well' id like my receipt please, he then got rude with me as well, this was the worst customers service I have ever seen, the place was so dirty and run by young kids that had no...

Went to the qdoba in janesville during I think it was there dinner rush. The staff was very nice and apologetic about running out of white rice as they were refilling other items. Most of the customers were understanding and adjusted or waited patiently except for one customer in particular who was pretty irate and kept trying to get other customers upset with her including myself. The reason this is such an issue is that she finally said that she works at another qdoba in Madison and they can keep up during rushes!!! You could tell one of the staff was pretty new because she was getting help from her other coworkers and this woman was directing her comments towards her which if I was in that position I would wonder how a person who was new at some point at the same company could treat another employee of that same co so rude and disrespectfully.
