Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Janesville

Very Disappointed! I ordered a meal through the app, Was informed it would take 45 minutes. Took my half hour lunch at the correct time and promptly arrived. The girls at the front were busy talking to each other and I waited patiently for them to acknowledge me. When one did, she went to the back to see about my order. She comes back and says they are bagging my order. Time ticks by and other people are helped. Another girls goes and checks. She also says they are bagging my order. For 20 minutes they keep telling me my order is being bagged. 5 or 6 times! I finally said my lunch is almost over, you must have very slow people if it takes 20 minutes to put my order in a bag. They go in back again, come back and start looking around. My order had been placed on top of the drink refrigerator behind the cash registers 5 minutes after I arrived. It did not get placed in the food warmer. The second girl grabs it and hands it to me ICE COLD. I left to go back to work with nothing to eat. I called and spoke to a manager, Drew. He offered to remake it but I had no more time. Then said he was refunding my money as we spoke and to come in the next day and ask for him so he could make it right. I went in and was told he took a day off (totally understandable), meanwhile my card has been charged. I'm hoping the charge gets reversed. I have now lost $76 between Beloit and Janesville BWW. I've been a long time customer at this location, going typically once a week to meet a friend for lunch. For the most part its been an enjoyable experience. Recently though, things seemed to have gone downhill. The restaurant isn't as clean as it should be, food on the floors etc. The men restroom is absolutely atrocious. The one urinal has been out of order for what seems like roughly 5 weeks, usually a puddle of urine under the other urinal since there is no floor drain nearby, one faucet on the sink has been falling off for weeks, the soap dispenser look like it could fall off the wall at any moment and there is usually paper plugging the sink drain every time I use the bathroom. For the amount of money myself and my friend have spent in there over the last 7 years, they could have remodeled the restroom twice. The servers are always friendly and take care of us pretty well since they are familiar with our routine. I certainly hope these things are addressed soon. I have no problem taking my business to the new Chili's right across the road if need be, and I don't even like Chili's. I don’t typically write reviews but if I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order for quite a bit of food, go to pick up my food and was told to give them a moment to get my food because a door dash driver took it. I expressed that I am not taking an order that already went into someone else’s hands and they refused to “remake” my order until the food got back as if it was my fault that they gave the wrong person the wrong order. After that the girl at the front desk proceeds to walk to the back and claims they told the cook to remake my order and it would be five minutes. I’m not sure if she’s ever cooked a day in her life but it does NOT take 5 minutes to cook 40 wings. The maybe then manager comes up at the same time the door dash driver comes back, I ask her to leave the food at the front counter to ensure I was ACTUALLY getting fresh food. The manager said she was throwing it in the trash then proceeds to rebag the SAME order that’s already cold from time passing and tells me they messed up the order also so they put extra wings in my bag…… I don’t care about extra wings, I care that I got the same damn food that was already taken by someone that wasn’t me.
