The sales woman at the Janesville Wisconsin store, Lynette, was very knowledgeable. She showed us the more firm mattresses because we told her that's what we were looking for. She showed us the adjustable bases because at the time they were half off, but she was not pushy about them. We a found a mattress that was perfect for us, and fit our budget. The delivery men called ahead of our scheduled delivery and were able to deliver the mattress and box spring an hour earlier than the time they gave us. They were polite and professional. Had an excellent experience at Verlo Mattress in Janesville, Wis. Went into the store on Labor Day with an emergency need for a twin bed mattress and frame. They had several options and quality levels to choose from in the showroom. The sales person, Lynette, was informative and extremely helpful. I was fortunate that the one I wanted was in stock, but Lynette had said they could build one by the end of next day if necessary. In addition to the mattress I was able to get a very attractive frame platform and also picked up a pair of the most comfortable polyfoam pillows I have ever slept on. I was able to make a deal that matched Mattress Firm's to the dollar except for the delivery and take away fee which was half of what Mattress Firm was charging and guaranteed take away.
