5 Guys Burgers gets 5 Stars from me. Tantalizingly tasty! Refreshing to go to a burger place that actually serves tasty fresh hot burgers. Nice laid back dining atmosphere. It was fun to watch the cooks work their magic in the kitchen. I like the choose your burger type and then toppings style of menu. I loved the fresh cut fries. And the soda machine was of the newest technology. For my first time going to a Five Guys I received top notch service. I had to get the classic bacon cheeseburger loaded with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, pickles, lettuce, ketchup and mustard. One of the best burgers I've had in years and one heck of a small fry! It all was piping hot and fresh. And it all was served in record time. It wasn't the prettiest burger pic but it was a working burger made to satisfy, much like the people who made it. This is a burger for the working people keeping things going.They have a loyal customer in me for life. I highly recommend them if your in the mood for an all American classic...

I stopped to pick up dinner/carryout a week ago and ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, little fry, and a chocolate malt. The malt was runny and very gritty. When I arrived home to eat, the bacon cheeseburger was missing the bacon. I was not driving back to complain. Lastly, the gentlemen, who I believe was 'acting' as a store manager was blatantly rude to an employee. The employee was clocked out and it seems she wanted to order a shake for herself - the manager asked her something about ordering a shake and expecting her coworkers to make it for her; the manager then told her she needed to come back around and make her own shake. The last thing I heard him say to her was "I don't care." I wasn't right next to her so I am unsure of word for word what was said by both parties but in my opinion, not...

Five guys is an impeccably clean restaurant with good food. They've managed to make burgers taste good without the luxury of a flame grill. The fries are actually pretty good considering they're fresh cut, I prefer the frozen pre prepped variety one might find at most burger chains. My biggest complaint by far is the price. I gotta say price plays huge on my decision to go 2 stars with this review. Fast-food burgers should not cost this much money. The shame of willfully paying the price five guys requires for their delicious burgers could be akin to blowing a narcodics dealer for a fix, ala "Menace to Society ". Which is weird considering he offered up a cheese burger before he offered...
