My fiancé and I came in last spring. We were immediately asked to assist us. It so happened to be the owner himself. He asked about our history like how we met and started our relationship. We told him we known each other since infancy. Our mothers would babysit for each other. We literally grew up as best friends. I didn't know he had been in love with for the last 35 yrs when he was eight yrs old. I thought it was only a crush. I met and married my ex husband and started a family with him. In the meantime we stayed close friends. My fiancé never married and didn't have a serious relationship nor had kids. I lived 3 hrs away and came home to visit with my mom. The following weekend was our class reunion. He asked me to go with him as friends. Our classmates thought we were a couple. I think it's because how he kept staring with loving eyes. We talked about meeting up the following weekend before I left. He asked me to stay another day so we can go out to eat watch movies all night at his place like we did as a group of us kids did that sleep over ar each other's house and stayed up all night watching movies. He stated it's a date. I wasn't sure if I should go because he said a date. I was worried. While we were falling asleep he finally told me his truth and asked for a chance. I took a month to decide on it. And explained it was only natural to get married. The owner was like in awe of our story. This is our real story. He quickly got us assistance and explained our story and they were super nice and congratulated us and stated an awesome true story. We were helped to find my rings in our taste and price range. I LOVE my rings! I can't wait till we marry on June 13, 2020! And we'll be getting his wedding band there too. His ring will be unique. It will have his parent's voices etched on the stone we will chose! I can't wait till we pick it out and design it. I love how this is locally owned and had been in business for years. And how everyone are so helpful and congratulations from other salespeople. I also loved how I didn't feel rushed on picking a ring and style of diamond. And I loved how they show you how it will look like when put together. And I also loved how my rings would be made for me and my size. That I am not going the ring in showcases like other places we priced out. I totally recommend this place because of the personal touch you'll get and answer all of the questions no matter how small you think it is. I am so happy with my rings. I can't wait to finally be married to my best friend since childhood and wear my wedding the commitment I am making to my fiancé! The Diamond Center was an absolute joy to work with. Walking in it was an amazing large facility with well lit displays of all their jewelry. You are greeted with a warm welcome from their staff, and it is a very nice establishment.

I first made an appointment in November of 2022 with my now fiancée to look at rings with her to get an idea of what type of engagement ring she would like. This was one of a couple of stops we made together as a couple looking for the perfect ideas for a ring. The Diamond Center ultimately won me over as I bought the most beautiful ring for my fiancée, which she says is perfect!

Christine was our servicewoman for our experience with the Diamond Center and we couldn’t be more happy working with her. She truly listened to my fiancée about everything she liked and disliked and found some really good reference points within their display collection that were all within the price range I originally gave her. She was able to explain all the intricacies of the rings as well as be friendly while she worked with us. We never felt overwhelmed or intimidated with all of their variety; we felt comfortable as Christine was truly focused on finding us the perfect ring.

After our initial visit, Christine was sure to follow up with me as to how my other visits with other jewelers were going and if I found anything we liked there to please keep her updated. Eventually we did find a ring at another jeweler that my fiancée was very set on. Having remembered the effort Christine and the Diamond Center were making I made sure to pay them one last visit before deciding on this other ring. After showing the other ring, Christine was able to help me find a ring on their vast online catalog with their vendors that was the best combination of all of the aspects of all the rings we looked at that my fiancée loved. Christine was even heavily involved with keeping up with the manufacturing of the ring to ensure the modifications we wanted were done just right.

My mother passed away in June, 2018, one month before turning age 92. I was given my mother's wedding rings (several bands) from the funeral home. They were in very poor condition. One band was cracked and there were stones missing as well as just small chips remained in the bands. I believe my mother didn't care as much about the appearance, but what significance they had. At the time my dad passed away, my mother gave me her engagement ring that my father had given her. The engagement band was very thin and so fragile. The engagement ring and wedding bands are 67 years old. I wanted to restore them so I brought them to the Diamond Center. I met with Nick and was expecting him to tell me the rings were in such bad condition and there wasn't much they could do. Quite the contrary, Nick was so enthusiastic about what could be done. He put them right under a microscope and went to work. Nick told me it would take quite some time to restore them being there was so much work to be done. I told him I wasn't in a hurry and wanted them done right. He told me Kevin, the goldsmith would be working on them. I called to check in periodically. What I appreciated about the Diamond Center was the rings were not sent out for repair, but remained right there, giving me peace of mind. The day came when I received the call that my rings were done. My husband and I went in to see them and I can't even describe the emotion that came over me. They were the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. The staff, Dave M., Nick S. and Kevin, who met with us were more excited than I was.
