Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Janesville

This review isn’t about the food (which, as always, was solid), but rather the customer service — specifically, the outstanding service at the second drive-thru window.

I stopped in today for an early lunch with the wife and was genuinely blown away by the young lady working the window. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was hands-down one of the friendliest and most polite individuals I’ve encountered in the food service industry in a long time. She greeted me with a bright smile, was kind throughout the entire transaction, and just had an energy that stood out.

In a time when customer service often feels rushed, indifferent, or downright unpleasant, she was a true breath of fresh air. You could tell she genuinely cared, and it absolutely made our day. I sincerely hope she has the day she deserves — a great one.

Well done, young lady. Well done. And hats off to Raising Cane’s for having someone like her...

We checked out Raising Cane's during their second day open in Janesville. Lines were still long in the drive-thru but it didn't take long for us to get through and get our food. Staff were quick, efficient and friendly. We ordered 2 Caniac meals and a 3 piece chicken finger meal. We didn't realize until we got home that they had forgotten 1 of the Caniac meals... I guess that's on me for not checking the bag before we left the drive-thru. I didn't bother going back because we're on the other side of town. Besides that, the food was great. Tasty chicken, Cane's sauce was great and peppery, fries were good, and the coleslaw and toast were a hit. Price wasn't bad for a family of 3. Can't blame them too much for missing a meal on their second day open (and I should have double checked). We'll be back to give them another go! I'd have to say I prefer Raising Cane's over...

I will not eat here again! I went there yesterday around 6pm. The line was not too bad and moved quickly. I got the 3pc chicken strip meal with a Dr. Pepper to be exact. The food was fresh and hot and tasted okay. Around 9pm that night I started to have stomach pains that developed into chest pain and back pain. I could barely walk all I could do was stand because even sitting hurt. I thought the good Lord was about to call me home! I threw all of it up and I all I saw was chicken and I could just smell the chicken too. I don’t know if it was a bad batch or it was not done all the way but I will not be eating there again. I had to call out of work because I was up all night and early this morning throwing up and in pain. I’ll just stick to the international chicken restaurants...
