I tried to order a pizza by phone I had extremely wrong way but I figure they’re busy Tsonga answer the told me they put me on hold before I could say anything I was on hold. Then when they did it to my order I tried to give them our order and they couldn’t figure out how to work the computer to put the order in and I could hear them yelling at them angel how to do stuff. Next thing I know I’m on a deadline because the phone either drop the call as they told me or they hung up. Demon I get there I got to place my order the lady taking orders get my name changed around and starts having a conversation with the person in the kitchen about son not even related to work instead of taking my order so I told him I have 45 minutes for lunch and that I was already hung up on. the manager walked in from the back and started yelling at me about how her lines are recorded and no one hung up on me the call must have dropped and continue to yell at me and telling me to leave because I was a hung up on. I always enjoy this domino’s But I will never order them again the new manager obviously doesn’t know how to run a restaurant or how customer service works all I wanted them to do stop talking and take my order because I have a time limit for lunch.    Read moreI did an online order on the 22nd of August,placed at 5:12p.m. ,then received a phone call an hour and three minutes later,just for the unprofessional manager (Andy) to tell me that he was just going to cancel my order because he didn't have any drivers for the evening. He didn't give me the opportunity to even come get it before he canceled my order. So I had to leave work to go to dominos and then Andy wanted me to pay full price for cold pizza that had been sitting on the shelf for almost two hours. Andy was very rude and unprofessional. The way he treated me as a customer, was very ridiculous. I still haven't received my refund yet. He refuses to do anything about it. He called me today to tell me,that my opinion didn't even matter and that there's nothing else he could do. He has no respect for his customers nor his employees. I tried asking for information on how to get in touch with someone higher up in the chain. He refuses to give me information and then gives me false information. Dominoes canceled two of my orders without explanation and a week or so before that told me I had to come get my delivery. Aug 3 they delivered a cold pizza 2 hours after my order and I was told by management they put on my account I was owed a free pizza. I called tonight and was told no such info was on my account and that they could not help me. I will never order from this place again even with this new management I never wanted to see a business shut the doors but this place deserves it. You can’t even honor a free pizza deal made by management for a bad order because they didn’t do what they said they would and put it on my account.
