Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jasper

Don't order from this place!! We were told 40 mins. After 1 1/2 hrs I call to the store where a women told me would be just a few mons that they were 30 mins behind on oven. After another 30-40 mins I call back at 5 til they close where the the same women was very rude and inappropriate tells me that she can refund it or I can wait another 1 1/2 hrs... After 3 hrs we called the number that sent a text saying was on way and asked what was going on she and said she just delivered and we still had no pizza... While talking to her we had to walk down the road where our pizza was put on a swing outside about 4-5 houses down from where we live. She said she thought we got mad and went to bed so she left it. The delivery driver was very nice and apologized over and over. Now the lady who answered the phone she be fired! We ordered from there weekly and he ordered vig orders for people at work but we definitely won't be ordering for home or his work again...Wish we could of gave negative stars cuz they definitely earned it. Time it took to finally1/2 hrsget our cold pizza chicken and sides... Right at 3 1/2 hrs.... We get sent an email for 20% off our next...

I have never been so disappointed. I have ordered from here many, many times and never had such poor food. I spent over 50.00 and everything was overcooked. My order was not correct, my steak sandwich had no meat and the second one is not much better. The excuse I got no veggies is no excuse for lack of meat. I will not order this sandwich again. Not worth the price when there is not enough meat to get a taste and so little cheese it burned. The driver who delivered was sent back with the small over cooked pizza I did not order and the original sandwich to show what I was sent. I never get veggies and never had a sandwich came with such lousy quality. I also had to wait 1 hr and 15 minutes for the replacement sandwich and the rest of my order. I don't know what was going on but if this is how the business will be ran I will find a better quality pizza and...

We used to get decent "loyalty reward" value here. Now, the dollar amount you spend doesn't matter except as qualifying or non-qualifying. Ordering more does NOT get you more rewards once your order has qualified. As a household with an incredibly tense budgeting situation, this has lost my loyalty. I will be going to the Papa John's across the street from now on, which my sons prefer for some inexplicable reason anyhow, but we used to rely on Domino's for cheap food we could order ahead for after buying groceries... to help cut down on "impulse buying" at the store. But clearly, no longer. All the coupons in the world wouldn't make me utilize them again, especially after I just wasted half an hour trying to figure out what had changed during the several months we hadn't elected to treat ourselves to after-grocery yumminess... 10 measly reward...
