McDonald's — Restaurant in Jasper

This place is a complete mess. I avoided it for two months because of the ridiculous incompetence and terrible service. When a rep followed up after my previous complaint (a 47 minute wait on a small order), he told me that the franchise was under new ownership, and they were working on their issues. Sad to say, it's even worse now.

Yesterday, I placed a mobile app order for curbside pickup. After waiting for ten minutes, I went inside to check on it, since my previous visit had issues related to ordering on the app. When I showed them my order confirmation, the employee said they had no record of it. I asked if they could fill it, and a minute later the cashier brought two drinks (out of four) and none of the food. I waited for ten more minutes, while multiple other customers came up with complaints about incorrect/unfulfilled orders. Finally, I had to leave without my order because of time constraints. As I walked out, I made one final effort, and called the customer service number posted on the door- it went straight to voicemail, so I left a message about my issue. Around that time, two different employees exited the building, throwing up their hands and cussing.

Corporate supposedly forwarded my emailed complaint to the franchise. More than a day later, I have not received a response, though they charged my card for an order that I did not receive.

Rating would be 0 stars if possible. Probably the worst customer...

McDonald's in a lot of places really make me want to cry the food really sucks and it's getting to the point where I can't Speedy stand eating there anymore if you go to Clinton Tennessee forget it you're not going to get a good sandwich anywhere in Kentucky forget it you're not going to get a good sandwich to go to Decatur Alabama forget it you're not going to get a good sandwich as far as the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin those are my most favorite sandwiches I love them when they're made the right way and it just seems like here lately everywhere I go just it just keeps getting worse and worse. I went to Jasper Texas today went to the McDonald's and I got the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin the sausage was horrible it's not the standard McDonald's breakfast sausage that you get this thing had a real funny aftertaste to it and it didn't taste like the normal McDonald's breakfast sausage that you would get. As far as I'm concerned in my own personal opinion Colorado Springs Colorado has got the best McDonald's of all time all of their sandwiches are good from the double cheese to the make rib to the quarter pounder with cheese their french fries or even fresh they actually take the old grease out and put new grease in so you can expect to get fresh food when you get there other than that I can't eat McDonald's food no more it's...

It is a dam shame this stores night crew can not even get one single order right. My family loves McDonald's, but this store is so bad. Most of the time you can see food all over the kitchen floor from the dinning area, and water all over the kitchen floor from underneath the fry station the dining room and tables are nasty also. If you complain to the STORE MANAGER ACTS like he is better than everybody, an his boss, she like talking to a brick wall and that they can not be bothered with any complaints. All they say is that it don't matter if you right reviews good or bad because it all goes back to him and her and that the own and higher up managers are unaware or they just don't care. Almost everyday the crew and managers are cursing and talking about how stupid the owner is and about how the safe is low money because mangers are taking out loans from the store. And grumbling about how they don't get enough pay for what they have to put up with from customers, and Rebecca, Luc and the owner. They had some good nice people that worked up there months ago but since they left this store has went down hill. This store really needs to be shut down and remolded on...
