I’ve been getting great employees w fantastic service up until Hannah with the slim body-dark eyebrows got my son’s order wrong twice. It was my sons 11th birthday and he wanted a summer breeze drink, which she said it was ocean breeze, and I reassured her it’s on my history, then she said “oh I didn’t even know we had this”, so then she brought the drink which looked like a frizz, then I told her it was a type of milkshake drink. She then remade it and brought the same drink as a smoothie, which she didn’t seem to care if we were satisfied as a loyal customer. So, obviously we got upset for getting the -new girl- but it just seem she didn’t go out of her way to find someone who does know the drink menu. Then we get home and realize my son has been sipping on a redbull (7energy) drink. Today went to get my German chocolate chillers 2 of them and we waited 10 min which I didn't mind atm they finally had to be reminded of the drinks which everyone has rough days and was pretty busy but what upset me is they brought me out 2 Blondie's i told them about it and then I watched the person fixing the drink just scoop the whip cream off the top with the lid of cup then pour chocolate syrup in it and add whip cream and drizzled the top with chocolate and bring it back so it's still a Blondie just with chocolate syrup instead of the German chocolate chillers with extra chocolate syrup and whip cream it just worries me a little because someone can be allergic to...

Well, first visit and I'm not coffee drinker. I am however an avid Matcha Latte with chai drinker. I came here because my husband swears it out does Starbucks. I got him a Sweet and Salty and I got a Matcha Latte Iced with Chai with non fat milk. I was immediately unsure when I pulled in to two lines backed up. But ....efficient, fast, and wow.....I like their drink better than Starbucks. I cannot believe I am saying it ...but the size is better, the ice tastes better, and the matcha is the perfect combination. It was refreshing, not milky.....yum!
