This was my first time into the store and it was a great experience. My boyfriend, Jordan, and I were greeted by the GM, Chase, and I realized we had all met before at a grand opening of a Crossfit gym, so it was very comforting to me to not be talking to an extreme stranger. After we all caught up a bit he offered us a beverage we got down to business. Chase was extremely helpful, guiding us to the right products for both of us. Chase is very knowledgeable about all of the options and even made notes for me as Im very new to the supplement world. He also encouraged us to call him if we every had any questions or concerns about managing our choices or any other or new products for the future. Also the store was very tidy and clean! Chase also sent us a hand written Thank You card! We were surprised by this as most companies just dont seem to care that much anymore. Well done sir! I went to the Jeff City location yesterday and was very pleased...as someone with a lot of struggles physically i was not judged at all and quite frankly it was quite the opposite...what i experienced was simply amazing...from the moment i walked in the store i was greeted pleasantly and with a smile...i spoke with Tyler for about an hour and it was great...i came in interested in the 213 product and he was very good in explaining the benefits it had to offer...Tyler also gave me some great insight into what a decent meal plan would look like for me...as i was hesitant to go in i left knowing that i will go back in the future for sure...i had a great experience there and i would recommend to...

Supplement Superstore in JCMO is my new go-to for all of my supplement needs, along with helpful information about nutrition! If you haven’t been there yet, you are missing out! I spoke on the phone with Tyler and he was incredibly friendly and helpful, even while he was helping another customer. The next day, I went in and met Dillon and he was just as friendly and helpful! He helped me in SO many ways, even while he was busy in the store. He made this supplement newbie feel right at home and he gave me some tips and suggestions, along with inviting me to come back in when I had the time to help me better understand how to fuel my body! These guys are great and I will be a customer for life!...
