While at Midwest Clearance Center I purchased a living room set. My sales person was AJ. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t harass me or follow me around the store like other places I had visited. He politely welcomed me in the store, told me his name, asked me what I was looking for, let me know he was there if I needed help, and then left me alone to walk around to see what living room sets where available. When I decided what I wanted I approached him to let him know that what I was looking for they did not have. He informed me that there were other oppositions available on their website, which he showed me. I found what I was looking for on their site and asked how long it would be to have it in their store and delivered. He told me 1-2 weeks. Other stores said 3-4 months. He told me to check back with him on a certain date to see if my furniture had arrived. I called on that date and I didn’t get AJ but I got another sales person name John and he was also professional and gave me the information I needed. AJ called me the next day to make sure I received the updated information. No store has ever done that. It only took a week, which I was very happy about. The delivery men that delivered my furniture were also very professional . They were the best delivered group that I have ever had to deliver any thing in my house. They were very polite and caring. I say this because other delivery people I had to go behind them close my doors, pick up stuff they left behind, and sweep up behind them. After they placed the furniture they ask me was it set up the way I wanted it and made changes when asked, such as centering it on the wall. I have made another purchase from this store before but I picked up the item myself. I didn’t write a review the first time because I want to see if I returned to make another purchase if I would receive the same professional experience as the first and I did. My wife and I were going to need some furniture for our new home. We shopped every where from Bob's to Rothman to Carol House to Ashley to the the $1000 for 5 room stores. Then we came across MWCC. Walking in I was a bit skeptical because of the name appearance. Then Rob, our sale man and store manager, started to give me the stores philosophy. It's a throw back to the old catalog orderin days. Here are the simple facts. Rob gives his personal cell number to his customers. Which I used vIA text to get price quotes on at least 6 different bedroom sets. Within a day Rob would send me the pricing. There was never a hovering of any salesman with pushy sale pitch. Basically a "hi can I help, any questions " step away let you shop. So my wife and I decided on Ashley furniture. We got a sectional, bedroom set and a sofa. If we would have only gotten the sectional and the bedroom set from an Ashley store we would have paid $3000 more than what we paid for all three sets. When Ashley had their sale we would still have paid $2000 more. If there was a higher rating I would give it and I recommend MWCC to anyone that is looking...

Everything about my experience was 5 star! I was looking for a mattress and adjustable frame and Gabe in St Peters knew his products. He listened to what I needed and started me from the lowest level so as to not try to oversell, but quickly moved me to where I needed to be based on my feedback so as to waste my time either. He pointed out differences and also gave me space to just think and make my decisions. Once I decided on a purchase, he made the paperwork easy and the pricing, warranty and financing was better than other places I’d been by far. I definitely felt valued as a person and consumer. Customer service didn’t end there though. On delivery day, the workers were on time, courteous and quick. When something didn’t go as planned though due to communication on my part, I reached out to Gabe and he responded immediately and it was taken care of 100%.
