Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson City

This is the 2nd night i have ordered pizza from this place. Saturday night it was great Sunday night it very upsetting due to the fact my cheese bread was not cooked. So i called to make them aware of this problem. Now the young man who answered was very nice about it but that mutherninja manger is very rude,disrespect, argumentative, no customer service having * was mad because the cook was sending me out a new order of cheese bread And the mutherninja had the nerve to say he don't like to give out free food. Mind you i spent $33.00 on pizza And for you as a manger to tell the customer you don't give out your name and all things must go through him. Were in the SamHell was he at when i called about my bread. He don't need his job,he really needs to learn customer service & phone adequate because his mouth gone get him in a World of trouble oneday talking to people crazy And whomever hired him Don't want they ** Business. How can you allow such a person to work in your business that makes you money to take care of your family. I am going to pray for the owner And the manger. I know i am not the only person who has came across him So from now On IMO'S will not get anymore of my hard earned...

I'd had a craving for Lasagna for a while..Then I found the add for Imo's & it said Lasagna!! So on our way home from Columbia we stopped there. We put in our order. He had the Spaghetti & 2 meatballs. It took about 20min & they even brought it out to the car. Got home & opened it up & it was a total mess. You couldn't even cut a piece out. You had to pour it into a bowl. I was so disappointed. The garlic bread was good & soft to soak up all the sauce. Arris Bistro which had to close it's doors had the Best Lasagna you ever ate. Does anyone know of a great Lasagna place? I remembered liking Imo's Sandwiches starting in When stopped working at St Mary's. St Mary's sure gave Imo's so much of there business. Then They moved Imo's closer to St Mary's for a bit just to have the Hosp. move to the other side of town. What a bummer that must have been. Anyway will not be having there Lasagna...

I hadn't been to imo's in a long time and I used to always get that email special salad loaded with all the trimmings and I walked in today and I asked him if they still have that email salad and I come home and I have lettuce and cheese and paid almost $8 for it.. not what I was looking for somebody should have asked me what I wanted on my salad or something surely they could tell I didn't come there for lettuce and cheese but the gentleman that was at the counter was the sweetest person and gave me a really nice...
