When it was my turn to order my ice. I ask for a cup, she give me a waffle cone. I didn't even tell her my ice cream flavor yet and she put one for me and hand it to me.I told her that I didn't order that flavor two time but she ignore me. So I decided to just take the ice cream and cash out. When I get to the cash out I ask her for a cup and spoon to put my ice cream because the ice cream she give me was so slanted that it was about to fall. She give me a extra small plates. I couldn't even put the ice cream on and no spoon. We waited in line to ask for a spoon again but when it was our turn she ignore us. We waited for 20 minutes and she saw us but ignore us again. Then the worse of all is when we give up and come back to our table. Another lady who was Mexican ask her for a spoon without waiting in line got the spoon right away. She was asking for a spoon in her chair without moving. By that time we didn't even eat our ice cream and just throw it in the trash.If your wondering if she speak English at all then I can tell you that she have perfect English. This is truly one of the times I wish I can leave 0 stars. I found a COCKROACH LEG in my fries!!! The worst part is that my two year old and eleven year old were eating those fries when we discovered it. I drove back to the business to inform them to be more careful and the lady had the Audacity To argue back and yell at me like I would make something like that up. I would never ever leave an absurd comment like this if it wasn’t true but the matter of the fact is that it is true!!! Please, please for your own safety and especially your kids’ safety stay away from this overpriced And more importantly unsanitary facility. There are many many other ice cream options around that dirty store and I highly recommend you listen to me. I’ve been a regular customer at this location for years and this is how they show their respect. Only lord knows what other insects I’ve eaten here in the past. Love this place! They have a variety of stuff, you just want to try everything at once. I am on a mission to try everything on the menu. The aguas frescas are amazing! My hubby doesn’t care for treats like this but I somehow convinced him to give it a shot and he’s hooked!

PSA: Beware that you will have to wait in line a bit. Even if the line doesn’t seem long, expect to be there 20 minutes or more. The longest I have waited in line is over 1 hour (so worth it though)!
