Today 03/01/2020, I ordered a pizza online and when I opened the box, this is what I found ..... the chili seemed to be bitten, I may be wrong, but how can I be sure of that? Another part of the chili was not in the box and when I called customer service the answer was "The chili is free". Could someone explain to me?. I added some photos with the whole 🍕 immediately when I opened the box.

I tried Papa Johns in Chicago many times but never taste good, today I finally get lucky and eat the best pizza from papa Johns, I ordered it online and the guy who made it did an excellent job the pizza was cooked well and the dough is crispy and delicious I definitely will come again for this pizza

They messed up my elderly grandfathers order, he had a large with extra everything with a Pepsi, they brought a medium pizza, no extra toppings and No Pepsi.... But he was charged for it. Then when we called they said "well I'm pretty sure it was a large and I'm pretty sure he wasn't charged for the Pepsi". Well I'm pretty sure ill call corporate because it was a medium and he was charged for a large and a Pepsi with no extra toppings. Just ridiculous...

i went in there and asked if they did freebies for birthday. the gentleman was rude then on top of that he starting telling me how i have to go it yo get it free so i asked him well can you help me there’s nobody here anyways. he said i had to deal with it and walked away.. until a whole property by myself and would never treat my customers like he treated me. then had the nerve to say it’s just a cookie smh i was gonna order other things but im definitely...

The cheesy burger pizza is great wish they could add it to the permanent menu it's that good service from this branch Lisa and Andrew are great always polite and professional when ever I had to call if something wasn't as it should be even though it has been issues with the website not the branch fault 😀 10 out 10 for service just need the website to stop giving me issues with my promotion...
