I had the WORST experience at your Chicago airport location. I been trying to just let it go but I can’t . That’s why I’m reaching out .

I was dining solo and was seating the same time as 3 other ppl . I tired to order online but it was an error . I waiting so patiently. Then I noticed that both ppl that had been seated the same time I was sat both had food . I haven’t even been greeted . Then another man got sat and was greeting immediately. I was looking at my phone , I could see the waitress looking at me and still never came to my table . (Short Mexican lady ) I end up having to use the restroom so I got my stuff and left .

I came back and sat at the bar . Thinking this would be better .The lady at the bar had a nasty attitude and kept saying “ I’m not a bartender , I’m not a bartender” which I didn’t understand because she was making the drinks . It took her forever to come take more order . I had ate my food never came and asked did I needed anything or brought the check . But what made me the Angriest she wasn’t like that to the other ppl at the bar . Why do I have to ask for a check when I been done eating for 20 minutes. Took forever to bring the check back . If I was on a time schedule I probably would have missed my flight . Smh I don’t want to bring race up but that was the only difference I seen between me and all the other customers that was getting service . But regardless of it this really was the worst experience I have had in a very long time . I have very welcoming energy and a kind person . I don’t understand what was the real issue . I would like for you to address both employees. This is not acceptable. Everybody orders should be taken and everyone should be treated...

I sat myself--no big deal. Next, following the instructions on the table, I placed my own order. Shortly after, server "265873 Brent" as written on my check brought me a menu. No "hello, drop dead, or here's how ordering works here." He had the personality of a rock and friendly is definitely not in his demeanor. Disengaged, disinterested, and annoyed best describes him.

Having done my own ordering, I put a second bloody Mary on the check (you do this yourself using your phone -- again, following the glued down directions with OCR code) but told the server since I'd told him the first time. Well, he didn't look at my check in his system and instead, HE too added one to my check as well. The bartender questioned him only because suddenly there were two being ordered. That question, frustrated the server and he asked me, "Did you put the bloody Mary on the check?" And when I answered I had, he threw my lemons into the drink as though I'd caused the earth to turn in its axes. When I asked if that upset him, he acted as though I was the dumbest person in the room and him having to likely push a button to delete the extra drink was going to end the world. Finally, when he brought my check, he again reminded me of my mistake.

Here's the thing. Brent should not be a server. He's rude. He has no table or customer relationship demeanor and I'll bet his gratuities confirm that.

After Chili’s Too in Terminal C ate my son, I have been on a mission to recover whatever of him remains. This has brought me across continents, between airports, and I have seen the darkest sides of humanity in the process. Hell I’ve seen the list city of Atlantis in my travels (the worst airport I’ve seen by the way…given that it’s under water). I just want to see my beautiful baby boy. But after all my travels, I arrive.,.back at Chili’s. I never thought I could do it… Yet here I am… The food was pretty good, but I’d echo a lot of what everyone else said about the service.
