I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order I placed at this Churches Chicken location. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted my experience.
Order Issues:
Incorrect Food: I specifically ordered spicy chicken and jalapeño biscuits, but I received regular chicken and plain biscuits. Missing Items: My order was missing the signature spicy sauce and mashed potato gravy. Food Quality: The chicken itself lacked any spice or proper seasoning.
Restaurant Conditions:
Cleanliness: The restaurant appeared to be unclean, and the cooking area looked unsanitary.
Additional Concerns:
Parking Lot: The parking lot was in a dangerous condition, with large potholes that caused damage to my vehicle when I hit one.
Disappointment and Resolution:
It is important to note that this restaurant has not always been this way. In the past, the cleanliness, customer service, order accuracy, and food quality were all much better. I am unsure what has caused such a decline.
Unfortunately, the restaurant phone number appears to be disconnected, preventing me from contacting them directly. Due to a prior appointment, I was unable to return for a corrected order at that time.
I would appreciate a resolution to this issue. A full refund or a replacement order at a later date would be acceptable.
Further Action if necessary:
In the absence of a satisfactory response, I may be forced to contact the alderman (possibly the health department) and chamber of commerce for this area to report the issues I encountered.

I ordered the 10pc family special for $21.99 (10pcs chicken, 2 large sides, and 5 biscuits) and a couple sides (small gravy and 4 jalapeno bombers). I received an 8pc chicken, 4 biscuits and the small gravy wasn't even half filled. The box said 10pcs but there was only 8. It was a Thursday and they have a Thursday special (8pcs with 2 large mash and you can add 4 biscuits for $1.99 but that's not what I ordered!) I think who ever was doing my order for it mixed up with another order but still ain't right... I called several times but somebody kept hanging up the phone after the second or third ring.
