Cochiaro's Pizza — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because their pizza is delicious and their wings slap, but we’re also in Chicago, the home of award winning pizza, so service weighs heavy. Their employees are ALWAYS rude and have been for years. They’ve messed up our orders on several occasions. In light of COVID, our delivery man was NOT wearing a mask. To top it all off, we received someone else’s order on that day and were asked to return the OPENED order to give to the original costumer of that order. We received our order much later than expected and were not offered anything for the inconvenience, especially considering the health concerning circumstances we are living in. We were not even assured that our order had not been opened in someone else’s home. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. They have absolutely no respect for their costumers. I will NEVER eat there again. If you can deal with nasty service, then the food is a solid 6/10...

I've ordered from this location before purchasing a meal bundle. I called tonight the woman who answered the phone was not friendly and very inefficient. I rarely give bad reviews but I've been in the location before and the girls at the counter are not very friendly. She wouldn't give me the deal because I didn't have the paper coupon and I told her i saw their deals on the Internet. Very unreasonable and not seeming to care for my business. So I had the pizza from here at another event, thought it was really good and the crust was great! And I figured I would order for myself... Well I know that they place i ordered from was this location as I confirmed it. It was soooo bland. The sauce had no pop or zing to it. I was highly disappointed and wondered if the cook had decided to water (literally) the sauce to save $$. The crust was great and very cheesy... but definitely a disappointment from my first encounter.
