Culver’s — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

This was my second time to Culver's my 1st time was at a different location and the experience turned me off for yearssssss. My cousin/BFF is addicted to the strawberry fields salad and gets one like DAILY, she'd been peer pressuring me to get one and I've been avoiding it. Saturday she just ordered two yeah I had a forced salad. Let me tell you it was the best salad I've had in sooo long and I'm a salad connoisseur 🤣🤣. The greens were fancy and fresh, the chicken juicy and delicious the strawberries were sweet and pretty the walnuts and blue cheese crumbles gave the salad an extra layer of flavor. I'M IN LOVEEEEE 😍🥰❤🥗💸💸💸💸. I didn't care for the raspberry vinegaret but I'm not a raspberry fan anyway, I tried it with all of my favorite dressings (I drizzle a tiny bit on a section and eat it then try another flavor) Panera Bread Greek Dressing, Strawberry Balsamic Dressing, Sweet Honey Catalina Dressing and Roasted Garlic Vinegaret they were all delicious so I can mix up my Dressing choices when I order it. Get the salad while you can it limited time only of course because of the strawberries but this salad has me curious about another one that they have with chicken and bacon. This salad is better than my favorite salad from other restaurants. Culver's does have other dressings to choose from French, buttermilk ranch, honey mustard and raspberry vinegaret are the choices I hope I didn't leave any out but you can always bring your favorite dressing just in case theirs doesn't...

FIRE THE GENERAL MANAGER! The general manager, the card they gave me says Savannah Wieczorek, was incredibly rude. When I ordered they told me I could come back up to get my custards after my meal. When I went back up the general manager said I needed the coupon from the bag to get my custard. I told her no-one told me anything, that they've let me use my reciept for the custard before. I had just thrown tray in the garbage. She made me dig through the garbage to the the coupon on the side of the bag. She said that I could just be trying to get a second custard. This is absurd and then refused to give me the custard AFTER she made me dig through the garbage!! She walked away and another employee took my order and they did NOT need all the coupons from the bag. The manager then pushed another employee out of the way to make sure she made our custard order, which I did NOT trust. She probably spit in it or stuck her finger it . It was suspicious that she wanted to prepare my order after treating me and my kids like degenerates. From reading the reviews , this is not the first incident people have had with this manager. I don't know why she is still employed at Culver's. She's rude, unprofessional and overall a terrible human. I filed a complaint to Culver's and I hope they follow up. The treatment was ridiculously rude. Culver's need to do better and get rid of her. I will NOT be returning if they continue to employ disgusting...

Called in an order for concrete mixers at 9:55 from my car. He asked if I would be there in less than four minutes. I said yes. Got there at 9:58. Waited at the door for a couple of minutes. See one employee scan his badge at the register and send the cashier to me. Upon opening the door he asked if he could help me. I said I had a pickup order and before I could say what it was he jumped in and said "The concrete mixers?" I said yes and he asked "You called it in?". I said "Yes." He said "We just looked at the time and it's 10 and we close at 10." I said "And you already started putting everything away." He said "Yes." Normally I would not give a one star rating, but in this case it was just too obvious that they saw me standing at the door waiting and purposely waited to see what I wanted. They were also counting on me NOT being able to actually make it there before closing time. The should have told me they weren't going to make them before I even started to drive there. My children were looking forward to it, got excited that I called it in before closing, and were really let down when I came back to the car...
