The gentleman who works at night has given attitude several times. He says his name is Gracia z as it said on the receipt but when I called to complain they said he doesn't work at nights. So who was I ordering from? To start off, I ordered a cookies and cream mixed with chocolate milkshake and when I pulled up to the window he took my card then started tapping my card on the table to get my attention instead of saying excuse me, then he brings me the wrong milkshake, after I asked him if there chocolate in here? He stared at me for a while then said no it's mint with cookies and cream. I explained to him again what I wanted hoping I could get the correct order. But he chooses to stare at me then turn away ignoring me then returns after he gets the persons order behind me. He comes back and says "there's only a little mint in there it's OK" I explained calmly I don't like mint tho if I could please get the correct milkshake. He said he already made this one I won't even taste the mint. I told him "sir, I do not like mint at all I came for the milkshake I ordered, can I please have it" he stares at me looking frustrated. After an ongoing unnecessary conversation that lasted about 10 minutes he became aggressive and said he would not make another milkshake that I have to take the one he made or he can give me my money back. I then began to ask him why is it that I cannot get the milk shake that I asked for all I want is a milkshake. He began to raise his voice waking my son from the back seat saying he will not make another milkshake he already made this one. He told me next time do not say that I wanted mixed say I wanted together order everything at once. This is where I begin to become aggressive as well already angry that he has woken my son in the backseat with his loud voice I told him do not tell me what to say do not give me attitude do not raise your voice at me shut up and listen to me I want to speak to the manager. He said there is no manager basically telling me take my milk shake and go. After five more minutes of arguing unnecessarily, he walked away. At this point all I wanted was my money back and to just go to another Dunkin Donuts. He comes back with a chocolate milkshake which is still not what I wanted so I told him I don't want the shake anymore I want my money back. He refused to give me my money back he said he has already making me two milkshakes he will not give me my money back I asked if there was a number I could call to complain he said no there is no number you can come in to speak to the manager whenever they are available. So after me sitting there 10 minutes trying to find a number on the internet I decided to get his attention and sell him either I get my money back or I will call the police and say that you are stealing my money because I do not have a milkshakes yet and you still have my money after explaining this to him he decides to give me my money back not even putting it on my card he walks away hands me cash and says I don't want your card leave. I will never return to this Monken Donuts again to be disrespected and yelled at I would rather go to the Dunkin Donuts on Diversey where they are kind and treat me...
Read moreI was running behind this morning so I wasn't able to eat breakfast at home. I decided to order on mobile app so I won;t be late for work, or sacrifice breakfast. My Bus was at Addison and Laramine when I placed the order. This was to ensure the order will be ready when I arrived. The order was ready, but it was wrong. I ordered a Pepper bacon, egg, and American cheese on a plain bagel sandwich, but received Swiss cheese instead. This is not the first time I've ordered this and this is the not the first time this location has gotten it wrong. I alerted the worker ( owner?) that it was wrong. He took my receipt with him and told the person it needed to be American cheese. The person who started to make the sandwich was stopped by another worker, who shouted very close to my ear to the one making sandwich, and told her she'll make the sandwich since I'm waiting ( She said this in Spanish). She finished the sandwich, and I picked it up. I went to go check it to make sure that it was done right. As soon as my hand touch it I KNEW it wrong. I asked for a plain bagel, but they put it on a croissant. So once again the sandwich had to be remade. At this point I checked my Ventra app to see when the next bus was coming. My app said Due. Which meant I was going to be late for work. The VERY thing I didn't eat at to prevent! I was happy I FINALLY got my sandwich right. However due to bad service I had to wait so long for my MOBILE order that I missed my bus, had to wait 20 minutes in the freezing temps that came from the storm last night, and was late to work. Worst part, no one even offered me an apology. This, unfortunately, wasn't the first, second, or third time this has happened to me. It has happened so much I've written to Corporate about it. Read moreLet me start off by saying this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and experienced . Every time I come here I end up getting my order incorrect and they forget to add items . But this time it really got to me . I ordered a 6$ meal and they charged me twice for it . And when they asked for my coffee I told them I want a hot coffee and they gave me a cold brew. Then for my sandwich I asked for an egg and cheese croissant and specifically said (NO BACON PLEASE) and yet somehow they still manage to add bacon which I cannot eat due to religion reasons and the worst part about it is I had to take the bacon off and yet the sandwich was very stale and uncooked correctly . My hash browns weren’t fresh and were also hard as a rock it’s really sad and disgusting and disappointing how badly they have messed up my order I will never be coming back here again .
