So I go into this Dunkin Donuts every once in awhile in the morning after I get out of work it's usually beef for or right around or at 8 o'clock a.m. and this morning was the last time out ever go there again!!! not only does it smell god-awful almost every single time you're there..it took me more then 20minutes to get my croissant sandwich.i watched a good 10 people get there food n bev. And I make a joke basically asking y is it taking so long... the girl replies it's because I want my bacon extra crispy while I did my bacon extra crispy every single time because I like my bacon cooked! and it is never ever ever taken that long makes no sense so after another five minutes after I say2 the Lady it shouldn't take that long regardless.. and I was ignored so a couple minutes later I asked for a refund after I asked Lady for a refund then she goes back and hands me my sandwich at that point it was too late I already have my refund twice now you want to give me my sandwich after ask my refund two times as I've been asking about it for a while the girl at the front the cashier Melissa L seem like she was new but she was nice and problem wasnt her fault..in the situation where somebody would have to wait that long for something that would take 5 minutes every single time I ever got a sandwich from here you think that I would least get an apology or some type of compensation because of how long I had to wait an apology anything..the girl barely acknowledged me through this..and whoever was making the sandwhichs was the main cause of the issue...no one once apologize for the way I apologize for the inconvenience apologize that I had to get a refund after waiting almost a half an hour for a croissant sandwich... wound up losing my appetite after being so frustrated at the lack of acknowledgement I dint even want it anymore..asked for my refund asking 2ce she goes n gets my sandwhich.i said no 4get it I said I want my refund.3rd time I had to ask..lthis place needs to train there people better on customer service relations..and apparently how to make a 5mim sandwich in...
Read moreStaff was respectful, however made the item incorrectly and it was incorrect on the cup and the receipt and still expected the customer to pay for the correct drink after being refunded even though it was their fault and refused to apologize and I had to go back 3 times because the staff did not even take the time to look at the receipt and see that the amount they were returning to me was incorrect as well and I had to go back again to have the additional amount put back on to my card and the staff member did not even apologize or ask if she could remake it for me because it was made incorrectly the 1st time and she didn't put the correct amount back onto my card. Her literal response was "I was not the person taking your order" however, she was the person making my drink.. I will never come back here again this experience ruined my morning. Read moreSince moving to Chicago I live down the street from this one and in less than a month I have been disappointed MULTIPLE times in this location. I worked at Dunkin for a summer and I will not be back to this location, and I would be there everyday if they wouldn't have disappointed so many times. First they advertise some Baskin Robbins items, but if you ask for anything they say they don't do that or really anything on that side, so don't advertise it then. Also constantly running out of things. First it was a certain size cup? Then not having two top flavors (caramel and vanilla, really?). Their donut selection is very poor as well. It's rare something is stocked up (i.e. straws, sugar, cups, etc.). They have very little tables to sit at and they're usually dirty as well. Being a former employee of Dunkin this is just sad. I will be giving a different location my business from now on and I've only been in town 3...
