HORRIBLE service! I’m a regular here, or was for that matter. I just left there on Wednesday 8/10 at 4:15pm without my order due to how rude the girl was there. No cars in front of me at the drive thru. I had been waiting for 10 min at the speaker for someone to take my order. Within those 10 min I said hello 3x to ensure the speaker wasn’t broken as I wasn’t getting a response. I had no response all 3x so I drove up to the window to place my order. I didn’t get her name but the short hispanic female with darker complexion was extremely rude and stated I needed to order at the speaker. I only say this so the owner can identify her. I told her no one responded when I asked 3x. She rolled her eyes and refused to take my order stating they were busy and that’s why. Okay, I completely understand this, although it’s not difficult to say one moment please. She wanted me to reverse my car to go to order at the speaker again. I tried to, but the car behind me pulled up so I couldn’t. I told her this. I gave her my coffee order and she didn’t put the order in or take my money and rolled her eyes and said to meet her in the parking lot. I waited for 20 minutes and she never showed. I guess she just tells everyone this so that they can leave. She could have just taken my order at the window. I’m not one to complain, but the blatant rudeness and lack of service was uncalled for. Frankly, she needs to get a new job as this hood rat should not be dealing with anything customer service related. I will be forwarding this complaint to corporate. Read moreMy family has been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years. Sometimes 2-3x a day. Services has fallen within the last 4 months. I won’t be going here any longer. I always order a Large Iced Dunkalatte with 2 pumps of caramel as I do not like my coffee to sweet. And 10 munchkins for my kiddos. Today was my breaking point. They charged me for a large, tried to hand me a medium with no Carmel. I questioned the guy as I paid for a large. He said oh sorry and proceeded away from the drive thru window to make a large.
As I’m watching him make a new one, he dumps the old one, added more ice and some regular milk. Placed a lid on and comes to the window to give it to me. I asked him isn’t the Dunkalatte made with coffee milk? I know this already as I been drinking them daily. He said he put coffee milk in. I asked why did he place milk from the 2% gallon? He said I know how to make a drink. Are you going to take this? I asked for a refund. My business is not appreciated here. I’ll go elsewhere.

It was affordable and you can get donuts , ice cream, and coffee for the whole family. And also bring to the office also. Know prices are ridiculous I'm not a Starbucks person I always loved my dunkin but not at these prices !! I could see if employees were making more money but they are not !!
