Service with a smile from everyone that works here! The owner/manager is a very nice guy too. Paletas/ice cream bars, cones, scoops, shakes, fantastic mangonadas, and more. My 8 year old son loves the symmetrical arrangement of their nachos in the takeout container. Every ice cream flavor we’ve tried has been great but my favorite so far is the rice milk / horchata. The manager says they offer a party package with a portable cart for bulk paletas at half size for kids. They have three tables with three or four chairs at each inside. I placed an order on Friday at noon right when the store was supposed to open, using a food delivery app since I couldn't go in person. The driver arrived around 12:09 PM, but the store appeared closed — the lights were off, the door was locked, and no one was visible inside.

Although the sign indicated they were open, it seems they were either running behind schedule or still in the back setting up. Great location with parking! LOVE my Spot inside the HIP mall. However, I appreciate not having to go inside the mall. What I loved the most about this place is that I came out of work after an 18 hour work day hungry and tired! Although, it was 4 minutes to closing they were SO welcoming & still took care of me and everybody else that came after me. They are super humble, very grateful & hardworking!
