FunFlatables — Attraction in Norwood Park Township

My daughter and I visited Funflatables for my friend's son's birthday party. It was a great party until I noticed the lady in charge. Walking in, I was expecting a warm welcome. The complete opposite. This lady was beyond rude. Parents bring their kids here so they can jump around and enjoy being a kid. This lady was literally micromanaging all the kids. My daughter really wanted to take the yellow balls. I obviously wasn't going to let her take them. This lady kept saying I was going to steal them after I told her we weren't. I did express myself to her before departing. I don't know who decided to hire her,but they should really reconsider. She is miserable. She ruined everyone's experience including the adults. The party was set until 8pm. By 7:15, she had the vacuum out while everyone was singing to the bday boy. People pay so much money in these places, the least you can do is give everyone a reason to come back and/ or to recommend to others. This old lady was extremely unprofessional, rude, and racist. Funflatables, open your eyes! Get rid of her. Your business is going down with her as your employee.

I promise my review is not fabricated. If you want to stand up for the garbage employee you have, go ahead. I read a lot of reviews. Most of them from the past year are complaining about her. You always have an excuse for her actions. You are very unprofessional for the way you respond to these reviews. Good luck with this business. You need it. Trash...

Came here for a birthday party and I have one word to describe this place: F I L T H Y! Upon opening the door was greeted with the smell of feet and dirty carpet. Yes the carpet was absolutely horrendous. The employees do not tell parents to take their shoes off before entering the play space. It was 11 degrees with snow outside, so everyone came in tracking snow all over the carpet. I have 1 year old twins and I DID NOT let them touch the ground to crawl around. The bouncy houses are not cleaned or sanitized prior to closing. The employees literally turn off the generators for them to deflate and leave. I’m pretty sure when they open they just turn back on the generators and still don’t clean them. The pizza was greasy, grease was literally dripping off the pizza, I had to pat it dry with a paper towel. Which one of my twins threw up in the middle of the night so I’m sure someone in the kitchen isn’t using proper hand hygiene. All in all this would be my first and absolute last time visiting this place. WOULD...

Lady at the front is beyond rude , I came in with my 3 kids at like 650 and she’s like we close at 8. I was like ok? I came to get ice cream for my kids and she locked the ice cream machines way before closing and continued to remind me she closes at 8 even though the mall is open until 9. I said ok I’m not asking when you close. She continued in with ridiculous attitude and finally I asked for a card so I can speak to the manager and she refused to provide a card to me. I came back and told her this was wrong and she needs to provide a card or else I would ask mall management what the protocol is here and then she’s like “here is the card and now you can leave” COMPLETELY RUDE
