Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

If i could give this place no stars i would. I went there this morning and ordered an order of bacon and cheese roll ups and munchkins. Just one order. She gave me my total and i thought it was kind of high but i had never had the roll ups so wasn't sure of the menu price. So i hear one of the workers say "it's just one order" and the 2nd worker responded in her language which obviously i couldn't understand but got the hint that she had charged me twice so i ask for the receipt and she hands it to me and sure enough i was double charged for the roll ups! They both knew and was just gonna allow me to pay extra for their misunderstanding and not say a word. They gave me my $4 i was overcharged but had no intentions of saying anything or being honest and giving me back what i was owed for the overcharge but instead they thought i would...

Ordered Dunkin through DoorDash for it to be delivered to my house. Paid extra fees and delivery costs and of course the order is wrong. I ordered a chocolate donut and they decided to give me a strawberry donut, which I am allergic to and didn't ask for. I called and asked whether they had anything chocolate left and the girl on the phone said they just ran out. I decided to go to the store and see for myself, AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW! I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for two years now and everything has been excellent up until this hateful woman started working there she acts like a devil every single time I go there she cusses me in Indian language she thinks I don’t understand, but I know how Hindi very fluently so what she saying to me is horrible she keeps cussing me so something Has to be fixed here because this is disgusting. This woman is absolutely horrible and carries a very ugly energy. If I was you, I would stay away from the Dunkin’ Donuts because of her. And I’m going to reach out to corporate.
