The owner is the nicest man you could ever meet but his staff is a nightmare. Depending on who made the store prep, your food can be a hit or miss. The customer service is great when REAL managers are around and terrible when they're not. Everyone is either fresh out of high school or been working for the owner for so long that they've developed management entitlement issues. And because the owner is so nice he let's them all run the store lord of the flies style. I've been coming here for years. I've seen so many great managers come and go because of this staff. This store has a very mean and clicky atmosphere from what i overhear behind the counter. Watch out for the small Mexican girl I usually see in the mornings. Very mean lady who likes to talk loudly about other people because she thinks she's the only one who knows spanish. After seeing how bad they are treating people behind the counter today I no longer want to support this business. So sad because I love jimmy johns. Good luck to the few who i see are good workers. — please owner, be more in touch with how your staff acts when you are not around. Nobody deserves to be treated the way your staff treats their coworkers/management. Posting this to save at least one person from a terrible work environment. Read morePlaced my order and waited an hour for delivery, only about 2 minutes away from this location and when I called to ask where the driver was I was asked if I could be put on hold and they didn’t put me on hold, instead they just hung up. So then I called back and the guy that answered had a major attitude that he’s the only person there and they only have one driver. Which I can understand, I’ve worked at Jimmy johns locations in the past, I know how the store works. However that doesn’t excuse poor customer service that he hung up and then had an attitude when I called back. It’s not the customers fault that he was left under staffed. All I wanted was an update on my delivery, the attitude towards me was unnecessary. Sandwiches from Jimmy johns are usually good but since these sat for so long, both sandwiches were soggy. My sandwiches also were made incorrectly. Modifications not followed at all, I get being understaffed, I’ve run a store by myself, but to be this rude AND mess up my food, that’s crazy. Read moreThis location is going down the tubes bad. I've ordered here for several years and was always pleased until about a year and a half ago. The delivery service has gotten incredibly slow and often my orders have been wrong. It wasn't bad enough for me to write a bad review until today. I live less than 3 blocks from the location and after about 20 minutes I got concerned and called the store to find out where my food was (usually would take between 5 to 10 minutes) the girl who answered started to blame construction but quickly was replaced on the phone by the manager who was rude and dismissive. All she could say was if the food wasn't good whenever it came I could call back to cancel the whole order and she would send the driver out to pick the food back up? Fortunately the driver seemed to care about his job because he kept the food in a cooler or something because my drink still had ice that wasn't melted. Pretty bad when the delivery driver cares more for the customer than store management. I'd rather choke down subway than deal with that...
