STRESSFUL!
This McDonald's is very stressful. It is way too small for the amount of customers it services. Everytime I go here it is a battle in the parking lot. It is too tiny. People are usually either mad they cant back out of the parking spots, blocked in by the drive thru traffic, or they are mad that the drive thru is so congested. It all stems from this lot being so small. If they get two people in the drive thru waiting to place an order it will cause chaos in the parking lot. I shouldn't have to worry about being hit by a disgruntled motorist when trying to order a Happy Meal.
Inside is also small. The dining room was not big to begin with and then they eliminated several tables to fit in the self checkout that almost no one uses. There are 3 schools right next to this McDonald's. On a school day, in the afternoon when class lets out forget about this McDonald's. It is so congested with school kids in there it is ridiculous.
I notice the employees usually seem very aggravated, probably from how busy it is in there. It makes me, as a customer, feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
They need to either expand this McDonald's to twice it's size or open another location...
Read moreI was riding on a scooter went to the drive-thru cuz I placed a mobile order since curbside pickup was unavailable and neither was in store open and the manager started yelling at me in the drive through window telling me I can't be there with the scooter and I said to him I placed the order already it's paid for let me get my food I can stand over to the side and he started yelling at me again telling me that I can't stand in the drivethru I said well where should I go to wait and I will be glad to go over there he goes I don't know and I don't care go around if you need to.... needless to say if I didn't already pay for that food online I would have walked away....never coming back to this location! Don't ever yell at your customers because that's where you lose all credibility if one of them decides to pop you...
Read moreWent to this Mcdonaldâs at 9:40 pm, and as soon as I walk up, the employee runs to lock both doors. I am on a bike so I attempt to go through the drive thru, and the workers on the intercom tells me to come inside as they donât accept âwalk ins.â When I walk back to the doors, the worker again runs to lock the door despite just telling me to come inside. As Iâm standing outside, I call and the employee picks up the phone and begins saying theyâre closed despite claiming to be open. I feel extremely disrespected and I am upset with the service as this is an act of racial profiling. I am planning on filing a report to customer service so I called the mcdonaldâs and requested the name of the employee and the other employee working there claims he âdoesnât know the name of his coworker.â...
