McDonald's — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I've always loved coming to this one but you guy's failed today. It clearly says on the the paper its a Bacon Quarter Im bummed because I paid for it. Another thing I've noticed as well I beleive the 4:1 Patty wasn't fresh as it sat for a bit in one of their warmers. Always listen for the timer when you order any Quarter pounder, it takes about a minute and a half for the meat to cook time may vary on the location visited.

I thought you weren't supposed to use burnt bread 🍞 I purchased 2 different muffins. Out of the 2 My egg Mcmuffin had burnt bread I could literally taste the brunt part in every bite. I also hope you guys are cooking the Canadian bacon properly as every bite I felt like throwing it back up. I didn't even want to finish it anymore.

I do want to thank the manager on drive through register she was nice enough to make sure my order (3 meals) was correct which it wasn't, person in training so I understand she has some practicing to continue. Would have gave 5 stars but I've never had a Mcmuffin and not finish it. Guess I'll save the rest incase I get sick.

This is the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. First order was wrong, no big deal we'll just get it fixed. We go through drive through again. They have slight attitude but I assume they are upset that someone cooked it wrong and it was directed at them. We pull aside and wait for it to be corrected a few minutes go by and some reason they send out another guy to retake our order because they just tossed everything out. We sigh but regive order. Another 7 mins pass and the same young guy brings out food. We can finally leave right? False order is wrong again. Missing food and good still had cheese. He comes back out and we explain he goes back in to try and fix. Another 6-7 mins pass and he stays to make sure everything is fine and there is still cheese on the burgers. It wouldn't matter if the cheese wasn't on the meat we could have thrown away the bun but it was on the meat and everyone in the car is lactose intolerant. So we have to go back in and ask for order and the Manger on duty is now VERY pissy and gives out unnecessary attitude to use and at one time says "why can't you remove the cheese" at this point we are just hungry and want to leave and wasn't interested in arguing and ask for a refund. As we ask her attitude drops and says it will be right out. After being there for 35 mins or order is finally correct and we can finally go on to Navy Pier. Please fix the management attitude there please and put some adults to help...

I'm pretty sure this confirms it, I am the king of reviewing fast food restaurants. And at this point I believe there needs to be a coup so I can be put out of my misery. This is a McDonald's..... I'm pretty sure that's all I ever need to say again about McDonald's, but I'm sure I'll be forced to because they'll annoy me to the point where I have to leave a review for another one of these exact same places that have the exact same food and taste exactly the same. McDonald's is a middle of the road fast food place. But the problem is there's 4 billion of them in existence and you can't trip over a dead horse without finding one. I'm pretty sure that's how the saying goes. It's a McDonald's, if you are reading this review And trying to decide whether you should go to this particular McDonald's then reassess your values in life. The only reason you should be going here is because you are extremely hungry and you want something fairly quickly that might be hot, I say might because I think we all understand that there is a discrepancy in the temperature of french fries and food at these places. You could get the hot ones, you could get the not ones, I feel this is One of the underpinnings of the universe. So all in all, go here, don't go here, do whatever you want.
