I ordered with the mobile app. I ordered a large coffee with 4 splendas and cream, and two sausage egg McMuffins with no English muffins.
I order these often or similar without bread at other McDonald's. It's always the same. Served on a platter like they use for pancakes, and of course they give you plastic utensils to eat it.
I chose to pickup my order at the drive thru. Mistake? Not sure. Could it have been worse? Yes. But not much more annoying.
I pull up to the drive thru speaker.
Them: Can I help you etc. Me: yes picking up mobile order XX00. Them: For John? Me: yes.
I pull around to window 1.
Them: Mobile order for 2 sausage egg McMuffins and a coffee? Me: yes. Them: (Hands me receipt) thank you, have a nice day.
I drive up to window 2.
Me: Hello Them: (hands me coffee with a 2 Splendas on top) thank you, have a nice day. Me: Can I have some more Splenda please? I ordered it with 4. Them: hands me ONE Splenda. Me: can I have another one please? Them: makes face, and goes and gets me another Splenda. Hands it to me and says Have a nice day, then closes window and walks briskly away. Me: knocks on window. Them: (opens window, annoyed) Can I help you? Me: yes, I ordered food too. Them: Looks to her left and picks up a bag and hands it to me. "Have a nice day" and closes window. Me: I open the bad to look and see if it's right. Yes it is, but, no utensils. No way to eat these eggs, sausage and cheese without a fork! So, again I knock on the window? Them: what's wrong? Me: can I have some plastic utensils to eat with, and maybe a coffee stirrer? Them: annoyingly hands me, 2 spoons. "Have a nice day".
So far, having a nice day is getting tougher....
Me: can I get that stirrer and a fork and knife to eat with. I can't eat this with 2 spoons.
Them: Makes face and goes and gets me the fork and knife. No stirrer... But I can use the two spoons! "Have a nice day".
Yes, you as well.
Are you kidding me? Gives me just the drink. Then all the other bullcrap. Most annoying time I ever had at a drive thru!
Will not be returning to this McDonald's. I know it's one person, who spoke barely any English. But I'm not going back. People in these positions should speak the language. She obviously did not understand me most of the time, and maybe couldn't...
Read moreFirst of all as a former employee of this very place it's sad to only give it 2 stars, knowing the owner personally makes this post even harder. I was there on 7/11/22 approx. 7 p.m. to get dinner before my stay at the hospital with my fiance, we waited forever at the 2nd drive-up window (20 min) for Apple pies that were never put in the oven to cook, we would have been there an extra 15 min had we waited for the "mix up", an employee finally came to the window and I'm guessing in his best "broken English" tried explaining the situation, I ended up going inside and talking to a female manager who not only refunded the money but gave us our meal on the house, telling me that there are lots of new people working, if that's the case then they need better training and they need to be told to get management if something goes wrong or at least someone who speaks better English. Even the manager who I dealt with was very sparce with her English and all she could say was "I know, I'm very sorry, I know they need more training." Cool story, don't just talk it, DO IT! Mind you this is the 2nd time I spoke with mgmt. during this encounter. Read moreIf I was able to give less than a star I would because I have never been treated so disrespectful as a customer than I have in this McDonald’s today! What surprises me the most is that the disrespect did not come from the actual regular workers but from the manager Phil and the supervisor Maria!! After this place getting my breakfast order wrong about 15 times I finally complained and got treated as if I was the problem? Then I called to try to speak to the supervisor and she hung up on me after Very rudely telling me to call back and speak with the store manager later on that day. I was trying to tell her that I needed cream for my coffee Because ordered a coffee cream on the side and and they gave me a black coffee ? I actually don’t mind at all and any mistakes but the treatment that I received after complaining about it was unbelievable !! she would not even let me speak and hung up on me ) I did receive a call from the store manager Phil and I have no idea how he’s able to work with the public but apparently he was only calling to reprimand me and tell me that I was wrong ? my coworkers were in the background hearing the whole conversation on speaker and could not believe that I was speaking to a manager of a restaurant !!
