I buy Starbucks everyday and I try different shops all over the city and sometimes in other states and this place is literally the worst. The first time I went it was about an hour before closing and so when my matcha was clumpy I chalked up to, they are closing, it’s been a long day and I’ve been in the service industry too so I get it. They refunded me. The 2nd time it was in the middle of the day and it was still clumpy. I asked for it to be remade and was told there was nothing they could do cause that’s the way the nee matcha is. I told her I get this 3-4 times a week and I’ve never had a problem with other locations. I asked for my money back but was told that is what I ordered. I had my kids in the car so instead of wasting anymore time I just left. The third time I went I was pressed for time and was only getting a frappachino for my daughter so,reluctantly, turned into the drive thru and they disappointed yet again. I’m a creature of habit and order the same things all the time so I know it’s the place and not the product. I always try to give place a 2nd chance but after 3 times you gotta call it what it is. Terrible baristas. The disappointing part is, as a mom of 2 Starbucks is my splurge and these drinks are not cheap. This is my only indulgence for myself and I lost out on about $20 cause of lazy workers. Just to prove my point, I’m including pics of the SAME drink from another Starbucks proving it’s not the product cause there were O clumps. Thanks to my boss who felt bad and gave me a gift card after I told him about my experience when one of those drinks I ordered from Diversey and Cicero was his. Read moreIf I could give them a 0 I would because I’ve tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are walking distance from my house but never again I rather take the bus to another Starbucks. They take forever does not matter at what time of day, I’ve been there at 5 in the morning when nobody is there and mind you I always order through the app and get there at the exact time they say it will be ready. I don’t understand why put a time if you know you are not that quick. I also ordered a iced matcha latte with chocolate cold foam to try and get the Dubai chocolate drink and ofc they make sure to charge you for every extra item you add but somehow always forget to do it. I politely told her sorry I asked for the chocolate cold foam then she proceeds to say we mixed it in it’s there, girl there is cold foam but it’s white not chocolate, so instead of fixing my drink she wanted to correct me like I don’t buy Starbucks every week to know how the drink is supposed to come out and it’s also been super viral so how are y’all not up to date on the viral drinks. Spent 15 dollars on one drink for it to not be what I wanted. Also my friend sister who’s worked at three other stores with higher demand tried applying and they told her she was over qualified, excuse me over qualified to make the drinks how they are supposed to be?????
