Starbucks — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I had a layover in the Chicago airport this past Sunday, January 15th, 2023. I ordered a chai latte made with whole milk. I watched the short, black girl make the drink with. milk from the pink carton, which is either skim or 2%. When I tried to asked her to make the drink again, using whole milk, she began to yell at me telling me she had used whole milk, and pointed to the red carton on the counter, which she had not used. No manager came over to right the wrong. The girl never tried to ask what she had done wrong. All she did was yell at me that I was in idiot because she was sure that she had used whole milk and I don't know what the drink should taste like. Chicago O Hair airport L1 Waited in line standing for 20-30min. Baristas were on the phone, talking about other co workers, socializing, and slow. Out of the 6 baristas on the floor, only 3 were actually working. Well the one taking orders had decent customer service while the other two worked and socialized (multi tasked).

After standing in line 15-20 min the woman ahead of me had to get out because her plane had already boarded.

While waiting on my drink two strangers were complaining about the same thing. Horrible customer service. I get it that its an air port and yoh doubt really get to make relationships with your customer but this was an awful Starbucks experience. I would hate foot someone to have this be their first...

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. I work at a starbucks in nevada and i can assure you the attitude and lack of customer service was absolutely pathetic and tarnishes the name for all other starbucks stores. The cashier named "india" with red hair was so rude and disrespectiful it made me extremely uncomfortable, ive worked and gone to starbucks across the states for years and this was by far the most unwelcoming and terrible experience ive ever had, and while my husband and i were in line another frustrated customer came up asking for this same womans name.
