We ordered pho, vegetarian bun bo hue, & a banh mi. All yummy! I’m not vegetarian, but I’m trying to cut back on meat. The veggie bbh’s flavor profile is pretty on point, so I don’t think I’ll ever have to crave the meat version.
No short cuts or skimping on ingredients. This is important to me because while I want to support my Vietnamese community, I hate paying $12-18 for a child’s bowl of pho lol. But I was very full after my meal. I also wanted to point out for my bbh, they gave me shredded banana flower! Not many places around have serve this anymore.

Updated: Did they change the chef? I invited my family here today and the taste was not the same.
