The lack of friendliness with the kitchen moving at a glacial pace right in front of you, even when they aren't remotely close to busy, is beyond aggravating and has been an issue from the day they opened. I walked in an unlocked door to lobby about 6:45pm one evening not too long ago. There is no signage or notice on any window, door, or anywhere else for that matter, that they were closed for a private event. When I walked in it wasn't "sorry, we're closed for a private event" that I was greeted with... Instead it was "You need to get out. We're closed" said with nastiness and doing with attitude. Do you really think I'm going to come back after that bit of uncalled for nastiness? How about manager who had the very same disposition when I called about it. Instead of "I'm sorry, we are closed for a private event and I apologize for the way you were treated by my employee" anything along those lines would have been nice. What I got was a manager that refused to acknowledge the way her employee had spoken to a customer was inappropriate and was immediately defensive about an event. Well I did go back. I figured let's give it 1 more try. Thinking it's a new location, new staff, they're just getting their game together. Nope. No improvement. I still spent 11 minutes waiting on 1 sandwich, which was made wrong and sat for 4 minutes before the cashier went to give it to me. Sadly, she was the only that seems to have a clue. She caught the mistake before it was handed to me. I then caught a nasty look from the employee in the kitchen. It wasn't complicated, just no mayo. It is ridiculous to pay that much and they can't even manage to pretend to be friendly. They simply do not care. I was excited for this place to open for quite some time. I live a 3min walk from this location, I watched it being constructed across the street from me. I literally was counting down the days until it opened and was they're opening day. I have to say I don't think I will go back for quite some time, if ever, to this location.

Read moreI work at a nursing home on pulaski and foster so i come to get a salad at least three times at week to this place amd whenever armando is not minding the driverhru window its always a mess! Armando is exellent but The manager wouldnt give me his name and hes never wearing a name tag but and my coworker always get salads with the classic chicken patties! Some people charge extra some dont it just depends on who is at the window we never complain about paying extra but threw times in a row theyve messed up our order and today i tried to let the manager know and instead of being helpful he was just arguing and telling me i had to pay extra and i said thats fine i did pay extra and tbey gave me tje wrong patty and last time they just disnt care and gave me the chopped chicken amd he was too busy ti aknowledge theyvwere wrong amd tey to do better he just soemt 11 minuyes arguing meth me in the window im glad i have a dash cam and was able to send the footage to corporate because he needs another job customer service is not for him and certainly a management position is not for someone like that i hope wendys reconsiders smd retrains him or gets rid of him they really gave the position to...
