My ravenous little wolf pups and I were craving some Wendy's, so we flipped a non-silver coin and decided to give this location another chance. From previous experience, I have determined that this Wendy's is either hit or miss (lots of misses), but today, fortune, which favors the bold, smiled upon us, and it turned out to be a decent day.
Ordered a Dave's Double meal through the drive-thru and several fries and JBC's for my little howling demons. Had to transfer my Dr Pepper to a shallow bowl to lap it up, as drinking liquid through a straw with a spooky dog mouth is quite difficult, but the Dr Pepper was crisp and refreshing. The fries were a bit stale, dry, and not even warm, but the burgers were at least good.
The Dave's Double burger was well-made and ready to burst apart from the abundance of patties, cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, and condiments. It was a delicious, dripping mess that left my muzzle and claws coated with burger juices. The pups enjoyed their JBC's. It had nice crispy bacon and nice crunchy lettuce that gave the burgers a nice snap and crunch with every bite, almost like munching on a femur bone.
Overall, one of our better experiences ordering from this location, and perhaps in the future, we'll give it another non-silver coin toss to determine if we indulge from here...

In response to people waiting in line for a long time please remember wendy's can't say no so iv the person in front of u orders 5-6meat burgers they would have to put more on the stove and it takes 5mins for it to cook then 3-5 to make the burger so a total of a 10 mins for 1 customer and if the person after could be for Uber eats,grubhub,door dash,or postmates and be picking up usually 2 big orders witch could take wendy's 20-25 min to make and package all the food And note during covid-19 their has been a great increase of large order so their for wait time and their has been staff fired because of their lack of high quality food and their for less staff to make your food it isn't perfect but isn't...

I don't come to this location often but when I do, and I mean every time I do, someone has an attitude, the order wasn't correct, or something was missing. Every time you ride up to the speaker they will make you wait in silence for minutes before saying anything. I mean, if y'all hate your job that much, find something new. Go to school, better yourself, and upgrade out of fast food; or customer service in general. Last night I ordered through my app. I get to the speaker, I wait, I pull to the side to wait on my order, after placing the order in the app, im told its not paid for, I then receive my food and is missing a whole meal. I walk inside and there is a customer going off about how something the manager/employee did was nasty and she works in the food business for 20 years. I think they need to staff this location better. Maybe mistakes won't be so common, and it'll definitely relieve the stress these employees are feeling.
