I never like to give a bad review but I have to share my experience yesterday evening. I’ve ordered from this place several times in the last 5 years. The food and service has always been good before my recent experience. Granted, I usually order online or via phone. This time was in person. I placed my order for dinner and realized I didn’t have my card to pay. I asked if I could pay when picking up and the man at the register got visibly annoyed. Granted that was on me. I get it. I asked him (very calmly and politely) what the difference would be if I had called and placed the order and if I could just do that. He pretended to not hear me and then in enters a woman who then YELLED at me “You can not call in! You have to pay now!” I went to my car, set up Applepay, came back and paid. My youngest son, my partner and I ate dinner and proceeded with our night as usual. I began to get nauseous… Barely slept… My stomach is still upset today! My youngest son (10 years old) woke up feeling the same way. He was in the restroom for almost an hour. My oldest son didn’t have a taste for Chinese. As you can imagine, he’s fine today. My partner began feeling the exact same way this morning. I ordered different entrees than both of them and my son had a plain white rice. This means my entire order would have had to be purposely tampered with, in order to get us all sick… What did you do to my food???? I realize I probably shouldn’t have spent my money with such rude, intimidating and angry people now. I figured the chief and the cashiers have nothing to do with one another but I honestly have no idea what happens in their kitchen. I’ll never recommend this place or spend money here ever again. I spent over $60 to feel uncomfortable there and get sick afterwards. I feel very discriminated against and I am seriously thinking of...
Read moreFood is fine, actually pretty great. That said, they really need to stop stapling the paper takeout containers holding the food. Someone is going to accidentally swallow a staple and that’ll be a lawsuit on their hands. This happened to me.
One time, I ordered from them and had a staple in my food that I did not see when I took a bite (I may have been watching TV or whatever). I felt something solid, sharp and spit it out.
I went in-person a day or two later to inform them of what happened. They asked a few of questions to divert accountability, and I essentially told them that I accounted for all the staples used to pack my order and so there was no way a staple accidentally made it into my food as I unpacked it. They agreed, I accounted for all the staples so the "extra" staple in my food shouldn't have been there.
They apologized, but they're still using staples in the takeout boxes months later as I ordered from them again. So are they really sorry?
Update: They stopped using staples to...
Read moreI don’t know why this place have such a bad reviews on yelp but great review on Google. I decided to give it a try even thought reviews weren’t the best on the mentioned platform, I trusted this time what people were saying google. I ordered the dinner special, general Tso chicken and my husband got the shrimp lobster sauce dinner. I instantly loved it, the portion was right, they use a metal tray instead of plastic which it looks better and the taste was DELICIOUS. Just like the lunch special, dinner also comes with fried rice and egg roll, it was the perfect portion. I was very afraid to try this restaurant but when I got to their entrance they had a line to get in since the indoor dinning still close, they only serve food to go. Been so busy gave me a relief that at least other people also like them, I am glad we gave them a try, food was very taste, definitely...
