Starbucks — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I'm unemployed right now and spend more time here than I probably should. I buy one coffee and stay for hours. I know it's rude but this is like the office I use for applying for jobs, and I've never even gotten an inkling of annoyance from staff. Everyone has always been so amazingly nice and I've seen them handle some difficult folks with grace. They remember folks' orders and it's right every time. Probably the best neighborhood Starbucks I've ever lived near.

The one thing I would suggest is that the employees be given some kind of training on alternatives to calling the police on individuals who are mentally ill and/or experiencing homelessness who come in from time to time. Quiet and comfortable enough to call this neighborhood SB a solid place to go get some work done or just go grab a cup and be on my way. I can always find a seat at this SB. It's relatively quiet but parking in the lot can be difficult due to the other businesses in this tiny strip mall. The WiFi is awful and maybe that explains the lower laptop turnout but my mobile hotspot makes this a great workspace on the weekends when I can't seem to be productive at home. The staff here is friendly and I've not suffered from neighbor annoyance while coffee-and-working here.

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences .Once in a while I’ll stop in this location for a beverage and I’ll ask for a pup cup for my little one just to be treated horribly!!!!! I get nothing but attitude and just today the employee raised their voice and told me I had to wait for napkins since they hadn’t restocked .It’s a usual for them to discriminate, have them give you attitude and raise their voice at you, have to wait for up to 5 minutes for something so simple as a napkin.
