We love Swirlee’s! There is always a great selection of ice cream and rotating frozen yogurt flavors (including more grown-up flavors like White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, as well as fun seasonal flavors like Jack-o’-lantern Orange). The toppings are nothing short of a wonderland - my girls particularly love the crushed sour patch kids and the unicorn topping. The froyo is charged by the cup size, not by the weight, so you don’t have to be surprised by the price when you check out. The shop has a bit of a small town, neighborhood ice cream parlor vibe in the best way possible. Most importantly, every time we’ve visited, we've been treated with nothing but pure kindness and generosity by the store owners and employees. Every person I’ve encountered there has been friendly, welcoming, and seems genuinely happy to help make the customer experience a great one. On a recent visit, my 4 year-old was having a tough day and had some regrets about her topping choices, after we had already paid (and started eating!) our treats. What a place!!!!!! Not fancy but so….. charming! It’s takes you back in time. They were busy but everyone including the kiddos were very content. Nothing like ice cream on a hot day. And, it was delicious!!! I had a waffle cone with 2 scoops of course of chocolate. I think it was made by Ashley and Co ice cream and it had 4 kinds of chocolate in it. I may have the company who made it wrong. It is the ice cream by the cash register. Anyway if you are a chocolate lover, it’s superb! My husband chose Moose-tracks by Hersheys. He loved his too! It was quiet, refreshing and relaxing. Excellent customer service too! I didn’t realize it until we got up to leave that they offer froyo also. We stopped by this evening. 10 mins before closing. We had an idea of what we had planned to get so we didn't hold them over after closing. We looked at getting a shake, said they were out of milk. Proceeded to tell us they close in 5 mins (closing in 8 mins at this point). Looked into getting a icy, said they were out of ice. We understand if they were out of items/didnt want to make the items because it was close to closing time. But a simple "ALL WE HAVE IS THE FROZEN YOGURT" would have been nice rather than being told they close in 5 mins as if they want us to hurry up. Really wish we could give a better review as this is our first time visiting. Then to hear them complain about the tips they recieved through out the day/shift.
