This place has helped me incredibly on my diet. After being diagnosed with MASH on top of diabetes, I have to start really watching my weight and food intake. I would NOT have been able to do it without Clean Eatz.
The food is absolutely fantastic. You can tell someone who likes to actually enjoy food prepared it. It has flavor, a LOT of it, for diet food. You forget it is.
I've lost 9 pounds in 3 months with little effort just by eating meals from here. Yes, it's expensive but it eliminates all the hard work of meal prep plus you get an enormous amount of variety that would be very difficult to replicate at home. Clean up is a breeze as well. I strongly recommend it for busy people who don't have the time or energy to invest in meal prep.
Also, in 3 months my A1c has shot down from 9.4 to 7.0. my blood sugar has balanced out considerably! They even have guiltless sweets for that sweet craving like protein PB&J, peanut butter fudge and protein BUCKEYES one of my favorite candies! They've somehow made them low carb and healthy.
I like to grab their smoothies when I'm in there. The chocolate strawberry is my favorite. The cafe has fresh made options too (turkey burnt ends FTW!)
Our favorite so far has been the wasabi pesto meatballs. I also love their take on the nostalgic hamburger helper. It's such a comfort food. Cheesy chicken potatoes with bacon is another favorite. Definitely doesn't taste as healthy as it is. I swear, it's magic!
The best part is the weekly menu that can be made with double protein and half the carbs. My dietician is thrilled and my doctors are happy with the rapid progress. I can't recommend this place enough to people with dietary issues like low carb and low fat. After clean eating for 3 months I'm shocked at how awful the fast food I'd been eating tastes.

Read moreI was fortunate enough to try this establishment out last week. If youâre looking for an alternative to the usual takeout scene for lunch or dinner or just looking for a healthier meal option for you or the family here is the place. First of all, set expectations that these are single ingredient foods (mixed into meals of course) so they wonât be loaded up with the typical sugars and preservatives. Itâs very refreshing.
Regarding the options available, they are plenty: Take out Cafe meals (hot and ready for eating), frozen meals for future consumption, protein smoothiesâŚjust a wonderful variety. The portion size is great. A large bowl was more than enough for my wife and I to share. My children had the salmon, turkey burger, and queso Mac and cheese and enjoyed those as well.
The service was also fantastic. A gentleman named Chris was kind enough to answer some questions I had over the phone and then when I picked up my order he showed me the myriad options available for any future meal plans. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made recommendations on what other customers enjoyed and his own favorites.
I encourage everyone to check out the website or better yet visit the physical location to see what all is available! Thanks for reading....
Read moreI went to your restaurant yesterday to order a bison bowl with a salad but I called it a âbison saladâ The young lady said âA Bison Wrapâ and called back to the food preparer and I said âNOâ. I wanted the bison with salad, but she stopped me from speaking by talking over me (I just had a procedure on my vocal cord, so I wasnât speaking loudly). She said we have chicken salads and donât have bison salads, but we could substitute the chicken for bison. She said âWeâ donât have a bison saladâ I did not know the name of what I ordered last timeâ so I started to explain again. She walks away and grabs a small sign showing chicken salads. I told her I did not want a chicken salad again, and began to use American Sign language hoping it would help her understand using gestures. She said my manager would have to take my order âŚso my deaf wife walked out.
I am 67 years old and retired military with voice problems and a little respect and kindness would be appreciated.
The last time I was there I asked the manager for âsalt? and he tried to tell me salt is unhealthy and that âwe create salt and Iron in our bodies naturallyâ Our bodies need sodium chloride to function and it is not naturally created...
